Dr. Pamela even when using Flagler Health Telehealth was patient, smiled and was welcoming, which is so nice when you're a worrywart. She asked questions, allowed me time to explicate and show examples, I didn't feel rushed, and she was looking at research and drawing from experiences to advise me and prescribe for me. Highly recommend.

On Flagler Health, Dr. Falcigno was a patient and thoughtful provider with excellent bedside manner and it was a pleasure to listen to her ideas and see her pull together research sources and her experience in dermatology for my unusual diagnosis. Highly recommend for dermatology acute or emergency issues.

She doesn't listen and has a terrible bedside manner. I was shocked at some of her comments as they were very unprofessional and inappropriate IMO. Do yourself a favor and find a better and more compassionate Dr.

I wouldn't let her care for my pet let alone another family member. She lacks professionalism, bedside manner and listening skills. I feel bad for people who are forced to see her in an ER setting. I'd want another Dr who is professional and has listening skills.
