Outstanding care! I was with another small Marco Island practice for about 15 years that was acquired by a large organization. All they seemed interested in was to do high cost MHOs surgery, even though they missed what became a 4 cm cancer that had to be removed in NCH, that Dr Case quickly identified. She has a great office team and doesn't let you sit around waiting for your scheduled appointment. She extensively uses proactive measures to attack precancerous growths, e.g., cryosurgery. Doctors in Madison, WI told me they could do nothing but Dr Case helped me and my skin looks as good as it did when I was 25!! She's great!

We have seen Dr. Patrice Case many times over the period of several years. Whenever we have had a skin issue she has served with great competence and kindness. Staff is also very friendly and her rates are really reasonable. She does not try to sell tons of products what so many others do.

Personality wise a Nice Dr. I believe she has been in Naples a long time. However I would not recommend her for possible skin cancer issues. I know of at least two people with whom she did not diagnose a skin cancer issue quickly enough and they both had to have a bigger procedure than they would have had it been handled in the early stages.
