Patrick Reidy's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to him after a complete hearing test by a hearing doctor. After a 30 second test with a tunning fork I was instructed on how to read lips. I also spoke to a neighbor who saw this doctor three years ago, she also left his office furious.

Very impressed with his efficient and caring bedside manner. His staff is very knowledgeable and so happy and friendly and that is a testament to how great Dr Reidy is as a person and boss!

I rarely write reviews for a variety of reasons but felt the service I received was exceptional from start to finish and merited a few moments of my time. As a new patient I needed to ensure that this office accepted my insurance plan. When I called the office to schedule an appt I was put in touch with a member of their billing dept to definitively confirm this. I wanted to make sure that they accepted my insurance plan because unfortunately other offices have given me incorrect insurance information and after scheduling an appt, I have then been notified a few days before the actual appt that the doctor does not accept my insurance plan. Very frustrating! When I arrived for my appointment, everyone that I had contact with was welcoming, courteous and efficient. I came away with the sense that they all took their jobs seriously and it was clear from my interactions that this office had their act together….above and beyond any other drs office that I have visited since moving full time to Fl! Thank you for a very positive experience from start to finish.

Dr. Reidy is a phenomenal physician. I saw him for a test of my middle ear, which was negative. Even though it's not his specialty he believes I have neurologic issues so referred me to a neurologist. I thin he's an excellent diagnostician, outstanding physician and super nice guy. I highly recommend him!

I saw Dr Reidy for very painful Oral Lichen Planus. He seem to give me a thorough exam and more or less told me nothing could be done. He prescribed a steroid mouth rinse which did nothing. He never asked me to come back for a follow up visit and did not offer any other options. It was a waste of time.

This Doctor is one of the very best in Naples, I have been seeing him off and on for the past l years and he get you in on time ,He never lets you set and wait in a waiting room., He treats the problem right the first time.

Dr. Reidy was very thorough, informative and proactive to assure I am receiving the best care. Kennedy is caring, very attentive and a knowledgeable MA. The entire office staff is courteous! Highly recommend this practice.
