Courtney is the best ! She’s always helpful knowledgeable and gets things done! Office wouldn’t be the same without her!
By far the worst doctor me or my family has ever been to. For starters the doctor had some very out of touch opinions which have zero place in modern society, using multiple slurs and implying that women are weak. Also, he was in such a rush that he only did half of the physical for one of my children, i assume it was so he could touch my son's testicles even sooner, as he seemed rather eager to do so.
Doctor used slurs and only did half of the physical. Fossil for sure needs to retire
Same day appointments are great and rare for any doctor in Naples.
The doctor is wonderful, unfortunately the patient care staff is the most rude, disrespectful and inefficient. I asked a specialist for a form and they sent it late, the staff are the rudest, they do not do their part to help and guide a patient but rather complicate everything, they are rude, the administration supervisor, the desk secretary of reception. I do not recommend this office at all because although doctor is good the current staff will give you a hard time. They are racist, and very contemptuous of people. Should collier county do an evaluation of the staff of this office for patient mistreatment.
Dr. Irra is the best!
Dr Irra is the worst Pediatrician that I ever met. I have been a nurse since 20 years and I can still not believe how a bad doctor he is, specially for children. This doctor is faster than the light when he see his patients. He use his stethoscope just to say he did something and don’t even examine the child. If it’s not for the money I really don’t understand why he does this job.
First of all, the staff at this office, minus Dr. Paul Irra, were fantastic with us. The staff was polite, helpful, and communicative. The doctor was the complete opposite. I get to work with all kinds of doctors in my line of work and most of them are amazing people. Dr. Paul Irra had no patience with our kindergarten-aged child, was rough during exams, was condescending when I tried to ask questions to understand what was going on, guessed at diagnosis without ordering reasonable imaging or tests to confirm or deny his hypothesis, and rarely provided care that actually helped our child. We were stuck with him due to insurance reasons, but our child was "dismissed" as a patient because the doctor did not want to work with him anymore after I asked for a referral to a specialist. This so-called "pediatrician" does not seem to be there to help or heal children, he is there to take your money and keep you coming back for charged visits and prescriptions that do nothing. BE WARNED.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
