List of Paul Richard's Reviews
Dr. Richard is very good very confident in what he tells you explains it to you doesn’t like you to ask the same question all over again but I recommend him highly. I think he’s one of the top surgeons neurosurgeons. He answered my questions and he comes right to the point, I recommend him highly
I had suffered back and leg pain for over 2 years. After seeing 3 different pain doctors and having 3 or 4 mri's, I decided it was time to explore options. A friend suggested NASA. I called, explained my symptoms and was scheduled to see Dr. Richard. After reviewing one of my MRI's he immediately diagnosed my problem and suggested surgery. He is blunt and not warm and fuzzy, but, what a great surgeon. Even the nursing staff at the hospital sang his praises. After back surgery I had him perform carpal tunnel surgery and that was also very successful.
I found Dr. Richard to be very knowledgeable in his field. He took ample time to explain my condition and concerns. Also provided me with useful suggestions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR" !!! Besides his obvious lack of even having ANY kind of positive bedside manner, what irked me the most was his COMPLETE LACK OF ANY KIND OF FOLLOW-UP. My wife had surgery in the morning last week and I NEVER SPOKE OR HEARD FROM ANYONE IN THAT OFFICE until the next day (after well over 30 phone calls) when his PA (a VERY nice man named Byron) FINALLY RETURNED A PHONE CALL !! His only excuse was "the doctor must have been too busy". UNBELIEVABE !!

NO FOLLOW-UP AT ALL !!! Horrible service and care I would NOT recommend this place or doctor
My initial visit found the Doctor impertinent, rude and condescending. However, we proceeded with surgery based on numerous recommendations. That was a HUGE MISTAKE !! It's been a week since the surgery and I have yet to see the Doctor, I've now developed a rash around my incision and can't even get a follow up appointment. I'm going to the ER since there is no other option. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD. PATHETIC !!
Found Dr Paul Richard to be terse and boarder line rude. He showed no interest in my health concerns.
Don't risk your life and spine with this guy! He needs to lose his medical license and go work at Wal-Mart greeting people! That's how much he should be trusted and responsible for!! So many victims, 1, 2, 3, even 5 complaints I can see but when you have 30 plus in a couple of years!! That's very concerning to the medical communities and the victims he makes weekly!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
