I had an appointment (made over a month ago) but when I arrived the receptionist said she didn't see it- she talked to someone in the back and said I could wait an hour or reschedule - no sense of apology - take it or leave it!!! Their error and very little accommodation - surly attitude.

Dr Rougraff is the best eye doctor. Thanks to him, I don't need to use readers and at my age, that's a miracle.

Dr. Rougraff would not spend more than a few minutes with the patient. Was surprised that the patient wanted to be able to read. Wasn't able to discuss treatment options with the family. Left the exam room as quickly as possible. Very poor bedside manner.

I visit Dr Rougraff ,is a very nice office I was so disappointed with my visit , when I called for the to make my appointment I called three times I cancel twice I was never told the ware not on network they said we take your insurance ,when I finish the told me is $70.00 I Y MY CO PAY is $50.00 that s when the said we are in network but you have to pay co pay of out of network , I called my insurance the ware wrong telling me that I will not go back I don't like people lying to me so check before you go

Dr. Rougraff has been my ophthalmologist for over 20 years. The office staff is always polite and friendly. I purchase my glasses from his office and find his technicians to be knowledgeable and well trained. I highly recommend Naples Eye Physicians and Dr. Rougraff.

Had the procedure to raise drooping eyelids. Results were unsatisfactory, as one eyelid was significantly lower that other after procedure. Subsequently I had to explain to two different physicians that I had not suffered a stroke, but my eyelids were in this position based on the aforementioned procedure of Dr. Rougraff

The wait times are extremely long. The Doctor and the staff are short and unfriendly.

Dr. Rougraff just finished cataract surgery on me. His results were beyond my expectations. He spent time with me explaining in much detail the procedure. And after the surgery he saw me multiple times to be assured that everything was OK. His staff at Naples Eye were extremely helpful following through on various tests. I would recommend Dr. Rougraff without hesitation.
