Dr. Yohannes was referred to me by my urologist for prostate surgery. Met Dr. Yohannes for a consultation and from the beginning he put me at ease. He explained the surgical procedure I needed and how he would be completely involved from the beginning of the surgery until he discharged me. True to Dr. Yohannes word he over saw my care every day after the surgery. He saw me each day I was in the hospital and every time he was pleasant, kind and took the time to answer my questions. My follow up was equally professional. I can’t say enough about this surgeon and his care…first rate!

I went to Dr. Yohannes to address an infection that, following a year of antibiotics could not resolve. Other Doctors (in another City) gave up and suggested a referral to an infectious disease group but Dr. Yohannes continued to persevere and following a surgical procedure, I am finally infection free. Dr. Yohannes is very responsive and would return calls when needed including working me into a busy schedule to be seen when required. I would highly recommend Dr. Yohannes for any urological needs.

I had a great experience with Dr. Yohannes. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions and created confidence as I went into surgery, which delivered the desired results. I have recommended him to my closest friends.

I don't understand the negative feedback this Doctor has received. He has met me in the emergency room twice when I couldn't void, one time on a Sat and the other during non-business hours. He takes his time when performing a catherization and it is absolutely painless. He also takes the time required to explain his diagnosis, any procedures he needs to perform and the expected outcome. He also sedates you when he does a prostate biopsy. Great sense of humor.

This dr doesn't treat his patients like people. They are just another operation to him! Please get second opinions. If my mom hadn't we can't imagine how much her cancer would have grown and/or spread!

Their office has been excellent to work with in urgent situations opposed to our city 70 miles away that wouldn't even work you in when emergency kidney stone problems needed tending to. Even the hospital emergency room failed us twice in 48 hours doing nothing. Dr. Johannes has been a Godsend.
