Dr Jen has reasonable ER skills. She did misrepresent medical cost that were not of an urgent nature while in the ER. She recommended I get a Tetnus shot while at the NCH ER and that it would be very discounted or free. The bill came out to over $400 which included a $125 administration fee. I could have gone to a pharmacy the next day for $80. As a purchaser of healthcare I was misinformed by a trusted person in healthcare and it cost me. Dr. Jen could care less about patient cost

Dr. Petrija Jen DO shows little consideration to the cost of care for a patient. Patients are purchasers of healthcare and need cost information to make those decisions. She recommended a tetnus shot at my visit to the ER. I asked about the cost and she said they would give me a good deal or even free. They billed me for over $400 when I could have paid $80 at the pharmacy. She misrepresented the cost that she really had no control over.
