I Was seen in a timely manner especially since I was a walk in. Was satisfied with the testing and diagnosis and the provider left a personal message with the information. My unfortunate dissatisfaction was the difficulty in attempting to set up an account to enter their portal for the test results which I was never able to do, despite calling the # given that pretty much was the wrong number and they could not help. Thank god they maintain a level of personal attention and i received the diagnosis and subsequent prescription for treatment from the provider that saw me, and i will add on her day off.

I went in on a Friday afternoon at 5 o’clock, but the doctor was leaving so they made an appointment for me to come back on Saturday. I have been congested and coughing for two weeks with my ears plugged. When I went in on Saturday, the doctor said she didn’t want to give me an antibiotic because there are too many side effects. Instead, she wrote me a useless prescription for my cough, which did nothing. I finally was able to get into my primary care physician today and I have acute sinusitis and bronchitis, which could’ve been being treated the last three days days if I would’ve had a proper diagnosis.. I have had two bad experiences at this clinic and will not be back.

If there were a star behind zero, that’s the rating I would give this clinic. The service here is absolutely terrible. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist greets you with a rude and unprofessional attitude. I understand she was alone and may have been stressed, but that is no excuse for treating patients poorly. I also work in customer service, and no matter the situation, respect and courtesy are the bare minimum. But here, it’s clear they couldn’t care less about the patient experience. And if the receptionist’s bad attitude wasn’t enough, the communication within the clinic is an absolute disaster. It seems like they don’t even know what they’re doing among themselves. The doctors—if you can even call them that, because after this experience, I seriously question where they got their degrees—give unclear, confusing, and often contradictory information. You ask a question, and they either dodge it or ignore you altogether. It’s obvious that no one here actually cares about the well-being of their patients.On top of that, the wait time is ridiculously long, and when they finally see you, they rush through everything with no explanations, no interest, and absolutely no empathy. The entire experience makes you feel like they just want to get rid of patients as quickly as possible without providing any real quality care. In short, this clinic is a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it even as a last resort. If you value your health and want to be treated with dignity, avoid this place at all costs. Here, you’re not a patient—you’re just another number. Actually, worse than that, they treat you like livestock instead of a human being. Because at the end of the day, all they really care about is billing your insurance.

Overall, my experience was good. My one complaint is that the time the nurse came to get me from the waiting room lobby and place me into an examination room and the attending doctor came in to examine me was well over 35 minutes. That was after waiting in the waiting room about 45 minutes and making an appointment with the front desk. In summary, waiting time for examination was very lengthy.

Receptionist was wonderful, easy to understand and caring. Intake provider made me stressed. I’m not sure what to think of the NP. I complained about my ear and only then did she look at them. I would have felt better if she felt my glands in my neck. I did not feel the exam was thorough enough.
