List of Ralph Rodriguez's Reviews
I left his care after two years because he did not recognize a kidney stone, but kept pushing me to take pain pills. Then when I successfully went to another doctor, he refused to transfer my medical records.
My husband has numerous medical issues. Dr. Rodriquez sees him regularly and takes time to investigate and recommend the best course of action.
The care and support are the best and as seniors, our needs have brought challenges that Dr Rodríguez gets us through. Great doctor and great staff.
If I could give this man 0 stars, I would. Money grubbing. Charges for filling out paper work consistently $150-$250 each time. Doesn't care about his patients. Can't even keep information straight in his records. More concerned with selling his in house products and pushing medical marijuana cards ($500 every 6/mo) than actually helping his patients. Worst doctor I've ever experienced. Two of his office staff are just straight up rude. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Cannot believe MD office works with text. My 96yo mother has only land line and never a call back despite R hip fracture. Claimed she never contacted office. Yes this occurred end of COVID but ...really.
He is only concerned about how much he can bill your insurance- so much so, he will hold refills hostage until you make an appt with him. This, after just seeing him 2 months ago. Very threatening demeanor as well. Prescribed me 2 meds for years that were contraindicated with each other. He really only wanted to push his diet meds he sold. Go elsewhere.
A new patient and extremely pleased. Received an appointment for a physical and was seen within 10 days. He spent time with me and arranged a telemedicine call to discuss the test results. I then found I needed a surgical clearance for knee surgery very quickly and he saw me within a day and stayed after hours to complete and send the necessary forms. He is very personable and cares about his patients. He is my new primary care physician.
Being new in Naples and trying to find a primary doctor, I was turned off. Had to leave a message to try to schedule an appointment after calling 2 days in a row. Then when they call back he has no appointments until March 29th, I talked to them on March 10th. I can not go without my thyroid medication that long. Very disappointing and plan on letting Florida Blue know not to recommend him for new patience.
Not a good experience at all. Dr was not very inviting. I don’t expect a lot from a Dr. but making a patient feel welcome and cared for should be on their list of priorities. He was very rude and I will not be going back. I’ll be praying for him and hope he changes his attitude towards patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
