A real disappointment with end of life care.

Disappointing care of my husband during his last week of life. Promised to come every day during end stage and come to the home at death; didn't do either. Didn't answer the phone during the night when hospice called, and prolonged team response in a crisis; Concierge service at its worst when it's needed the most.
