Stay away from this urgent care facility. I had with me my DL and insurance card and I'm already in their system. The receptionist wanted me to fill up a patient's form again to update my information which I did. She called my attention that I need to put in my social security number. I asked her why? She said that it is for billing purposes. I told her that I am not giving my social security number in any form and that my drivers license is enough info for my insurance. She said, I will have to charge you today the consultation fee of $195.00. I walked away. I have been to a lot of ER's and urgent cares and never asked for my SS number. I am very suspicious when a facility is trying to get this info. I'm never going back to that business.

We were very pleased with the care that we received at Collier Urgent Care. My husband was seen by Dr. de la Rivaherrera. After checking his vitals and reviewing his history etc,  Dr R told us to go directly to the hospital , which was fortunately across the street. There was no beating around the bush. He explained that he was very concerned and I should get him there immediately.  The doctor even had someone call the hospital to tell them to expect my husband. That call was extremely important because it expedited everything that was done at the hospital. My husband was able to get a room in the emergency room even though the hospital was extremely busy.We really appreciate the excellent care at Colliers Urgent Care! Thank you!

I was told at the receiving desk a visit was $129. After the visit they harassed me for $219. When I asked why was it now $219 they said it was because I was a new patient. They never told me that when I came in and besides, that's what walk in clinics are: all new patients because you are either out of town or unable to see your regular doctor. They were rude and pushy and I noticed another patient arguing with them about the bill too. Stay away from this place. It's a clip joint.  Go to the CVS near Vanderbilt road. These people are bad news.

Looking online for best reviewed urgent care and found this one and I'm very happy I made the drive , it was worth it , very clean and super friendly staff and great doctor , loved that they also have a pharmacy in there where if you just wanna get your meds and they have it you can. Totally recommend this urgent care .

I have been in and out of all nch hospitals since the 12 of May , finally found out what it was but I had the most amazing nurse every . I didn't get his last name but he works in the er department his name is Gary . Absolutely outstanding from the Second I checked in . I was in so much pain , and he stuck by my side because I was alone . Made me feel like I had a family member taking care of me . Absolutely outstanding care !! Thank you so much if you read this

I've been seen at this urgent care several times and I won't go anywhere else! Exceptional service and always get in and out in a decent amount of time. Everything is seamless from check-in to check-off. The doctors are great and always get me back in working order in no time. I'd definitely recommend!

I went to his office twice and was seen by a PA. 1st visit was at the Vanderbilt Rd location and all went smoothly however when I had to follow up the next month with the same issue sinus infection this office was closed and a note on the door instructed patients to go to their Immokalee Rd location. I went to that location and received identical treatment. When I was later billed for the 2nd visit they classified it as urgent care treatment and charged me an extra $200 Not right

Doctor is good but office collected my payment and then filed insurance. I am owed $259 that they agree. It's been over three months and all they tell me is that refund is approved but I don't get a check

Dr Abood wanted payment in cash or credit card and then accepted additional payment from my insurance company after the bill was paid in full on the date of service. Multiple phone calls to his office promised that his billing office would look into the issue and send a reimbursement check. No check was ever sent. Avoid this office and Collier Urgent Care and seek out other health care practitioners who are ethical.
