Dr Casola is a master at orthopedic surgery - especially cases that are difficult! He is a compassionate no nonsense surgeon. I was very lucky to have had him as my surgeon!

I had knee replacement surgery on both knees in June & July of 2020 with one of his affiliates. It went well until the right one became infected in April 21. This guy was 'on-call', and didn't know me from ADAM!!!! Came in on a Sunday, to assess and operate on my infected leg. Took charge, explained perfectly what I needed, performed the operation, and promptly followed up. If you want to be stroked or 'babied', he's not your guy. But if you want a straight shooter who is confident in his own abilities, I would highly recommend

I had been treated by another Dr. But things went bad and Dr. Casola saved my leg, and then had to replace my first knee replacement.

I had partial knee replacement prior to meeting Dr. Casola. Many surgeons recommend Dr. Casola after other operations go bad. He is GREAT!

Dr. Casola performed a complex Synovectomy surgery on my knee with 100% positive results. Dr. Casola was very knowledgeable and professional in his treatment and care. He throughly explained the issues with my knee and the procedure to be performed. He was excellent in coordinating with the other doctors involved with my case. He followed through in my post surgery care to insure I experienced a successful recovery. Dr. Casola is a kind and caring person and an excellent surgeon.

I was in his office for knee infection, he proposed amputation or a removal of hardware. His manners are really rough, not allowing me to answer at my own. Finally he left the room telling me he’ll give me 5 minutes to answer when he’ll come back to the room. After the way I was treated, decided to look for an orthopedic in Miami, he saved my leg. I’m walking again. I have 2 insurance and for the last 9 month they keep sending me a $42 charge for the visit. The billing department screamed at me for saying it must be a mistake. Rudeness is not what I need. Health and care is!!!
