Really bad experience before seeing and having any procedure with Dr Grosmann. I have been calling to try to make an appointment for my Dad and it has been impossible, they answered and put on hold for so long the 4 times that I called.!? So sorry for the Drs.

Worst experience!!! I got an appt with Dr Grossman. And we decided to schedule my procedure at the hospital. The day of surgery I arrived at Nch Baker at 7:20 am and I was scheduled at 9:30 am. Around that time I asked why Nobody called me to get everything ready to start, but the answer was he is late and your procedure will be around 11am. Well at 11 they call me back, they start and iv and long story short he came around 12 letting me know he has another pt before me and he'll be done with me before 1:30 pm bc he has a conference. I still was really patient and at 1:20 he came that he needed to leave and come back in an hour to finish with me because ut literally will take 5 mins to do my surgery. At 2:30 O asked again where is my dr cuz I was fasting since the night before and I was there per 7 hours with no explanation why they schedule me at 9:30 am and it was 2:30 and my dr was not even there, well a great nurse (daborah) come to me and said another 2 hours to proceed, and nicely I decided to leave. I called the offices 2 times to speak to nancy( office manager and she ignored my phone calls. Worst experience ever.

I payed 10 thousands dollars for a 45 min surgery for a cyst I have still till this day. Dr Luigi said to me oh yes this can be fixed easily making it sound like a piece of cake. Well I payed all upfront and had the surgery done as soon as I could because of the pain I was dealing with. I had the surgery between December and November last year Ans we are about to approached those fallowing months again and I still have the cyst witch is very painful Ans keeping me from working. I followed up with dr Luigi like at least 3 times complaining that it was swelling and hurting witch he then started cutting at it while I was awake and with no anesthesia. He said “I don’t THINK it’s ready for surgery again” let’s give it time we’ll time went by and he still says the same thing. I don’t think it’s ready Ans this Ans that but I still have the cyst and and still in pain. It seems liek they try to push you back and back untill the 90 day period is over and they can’t do anything about it anymore I followed up complaining about swelling and pain multiple times with no success. IM VERY OVERWHELMED! IM 19 YEARS OLD AND IN DEBTH FOR THIS SURGERY THAT NEVER DID ANYTHING . IM STCUK I CANT WVEN WORK AT THE MOMENT.

Dr. Gross was the surgeon that performed my colon surgery earlier this year. He was an exceptional communicator throughout the process, highly professional and extraordinarily talented. You will simply not find a better surgeon in my view.

Dr Grossman Performed a flawless and truly pain free…,Robotic Surgery on me. Before surgery….,Dr Grossman explained in detail his technique. His calm and warm demeanor had a reassuring and soothing effect………..,that also plays a part in the recovery process. Dr Robert Grossman is a dexterous and compassionate Surgeon !

Patient, kind, thorough, caring, and excellent. Can't recommend him highly enough. He and his surgical staff make you feel confident and comfortable during a difficult time. His expertise is a blessing.

I had to have emergency appendectomy. I was blessed to have Dr. Querusio as my surgeon. He is by far one of the best Doctors/ surgeons I have ever met. He was very through with his explanation, did not mind answering all of my questions, and had wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon. Giving him five stars and five diamonds!
