Dr. Zehr did hip replacement on my husband 1 year ago. Recovery went well. Back to tennis 6 months later. Rehab was mostly walking. Last week I had arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus done by Dr. Zehr. Quick recovery. Rehab is walking a stationery bike. Should be able to return to pickleball in about 3-4 weeks. Yes, I would highly recommend Dr. Zehr to friends and family. His surgical skills are outstanding.

Great experience! I believe that he is the best. The staffs from his office and surgery center are remarquable. I had a hip replacement and I highly recommend him.

I had a total left knee replacement in June of 2021. Got my life back! At 80 years old, I now can walk again and ride my bike and have no more pain! I have a whole new lease on life. I was scared to have the operation, and kept putting it off. When I couldn't walk to the next room without terrible pain, I knew the time had come. I interviewed four orthopedic surgeons in Naples and selected Dr. Zehr. So glad I did! He answered every question I had, and was so patient with me. Not only is he a superbly skilled surgeon, but his staff is incredible - they are there for you every step of the way. Kind, caring people - every one! Thank you for everything you did for me.

Dr Zehr did both of my hips and both of my husband's hips with great success, highly recommend

This doctor is arrogant and condescending. When I left his office, I felt verbally abused. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. Moreover, I tried to ask questions to better understand the medical jargon but he said "I told you three times what it is". I was shocked that this level of disrespect of a patient is tolerated. I have never experienced such poor (and strange) interpersonal skills at this level by anyone in the medical community. Sad because his X-ray technician, nursing and administrative staff are very professional. There are too many other specialty degreed and experienced orthopaedic surgeons in the area to have to settle for being so disrespected by this guy.

I went to Dr. Zehr with mild knee pain, but I was concerned it might get worse and I wanted to nip it in the bud. He took xrays, asked me a lot of "does this hurt" questions, to which my answer was always no, it only hurts when I stoop or walk more than 3 miles. He told me it was a meniscus tear and sent me for an MRI "to prove it to me". He also told me to do anything I wanted, that I would not make it worse. I get the MRI, take my disc to go see him. I don't think he did anything but read the diagnosis by the MRI people. He said I had a sprained ligament, and it would get better on its own in 6 weeks. I said it had already been 6 weeks, and he literally said, "That's impossible with your symptoms and diagnosis." So I asked for a physical therapy referral, and after acting like it would be a waste of my time, he wrote it. Well, 4 weeks of PT, and I am not any better. So much for his diagnosis. P.s. no masks in the office despite CDC recommendations.

Had a total knee replacement and it was Avery successful procedure. My knee is better than new. I would highly recommend dr Zehr.

I had hip replacement surgery seven weeks ago. Dr. Zehr & his team are wonderful. Very caring & very professional. I received a binder full of great information regarding every step of this process. I’m walking without pain! Thank you Dr. Zehr & team.

I can not say enough about my 6 year journey with Dr. Zehr with the obvious end result being hip replacement surgery. Once it was decided that it was time,his adept and kind office staff took me through the preliminary journey and set me up to be ready physically and mentally to have my surgery.His skilled hands along with the anterior procedure,and my physical state,created an amazing outcome. I was without assist second day,back on my bike and doing yoga in 18 days and have been appreciating my pain free,limp free existence since. Dr.Zehr is a no nonsense,kind,succinct,talented Doctor.He would be my choice every time!
