On Oct 18 I arrived for 08:30 am appointment accompanied by my ADA Certified Service dog registration number LC957369. Dr. Tomsick entered room and immediately refused services with ADA Servive Animal in the room. Recommend Riverchase Dermatogy Post prominent notices and send email notifications to all of Dr. Tomsick’s patients that he declined treatment of patients accompanied by ADA Certifed Service Animals.

I have never been treated so poorly by a physician, ever! Was referred by my 'S for female hair loss which is very traumatic to any woman. He was rude and did not address ANY of my concerns. Said as his hand was on the doorknob to rush out "Looks like you came here looking for a magic bullet, and you sure are not going to get one." A complete waste of time and money as well as very disheartening. A physician should not ever be discouraging to people who pay to get help from them. I would hope that no other physician would refer patients to him.

Upon arrival the lobby had some unnecessarily cranky people who were complaining and giving the front desk staff a hard time - all for no reason. The front desk staff handled it beautifully - I was amazed they could stay so polite and cheerful while confronted with such behavior. Initial visit was with Stephanie Simmerman DNP who is great. I will be back to see her. Follow up visit with Dr. Tomsick who was super as well. Great staff. Special recognition to the front office staff and to Stephanie. They alone are reason enough to come back.

This man sucks , he misdiagnoses you then his nurse tells you his policy, come in again so we can charge you again. They wont ever renew your script . They charged me a $70 dollar interpretation fee to tell me what the results were on a test I had to pay over $1000, dollars for What a rip off
