Salvatore Anzalone's Online Review Report Card

Absolutely wonderful pediatrician. Very hands on and has a great bedside manner with children and parents. After we switch to his office and he took over my daughter's case, she has drastically improved. He's been a G-d sent!

Dr. Anzalone and staff are amazing. After trying out several pediatricians we finally found the right doctor who is knowledgeable, always available and truly cares for his patients. Dr. Anzalone takes the time to listen, properly diagnose, explain/answer all of my questions and most importantly is always available for my children. I highly recommend Dr. Anzalone and staff!

He’s alright not the beSt but alright he’s very quick to diagnose a child with stuff I don’t think they have he doesn’t even give them a chance

First of all Dr. Anzalone is very good dr. no issues with him the problem is the staff that work at the office!! very rude , the wait is unbelievable over an hour to see you even if there is no other patients there ! today i was there waited patiently for 30 minutes i could hear the staff laughing in the back no one at the front desk when finally someone came i asked if the nurse was there or if i needed to resquedule their answers was she just got back from lunch but she cant see you because theres no Dr. i waited another 15 minutes and asked again they told me the system was down and they cant access my daughters file so they dont know what she needs , i told them she was there for her vaccines but they needed to verify . they do this all the time common curtesy to call and tell you that the system is down and to resquedule my daughter lost galf day in school and she didnt get her vaccines i guess is time to look for another doctor ....

Extremely disappointed with the service they provide. Staff is rude all the time. I like the doctor himself but overall experience isn't good. Called for a sick visit and was told they have nothing available and that a nurse would call me back if she squeezed my son in 24-48 hrs. Are they kidding me? If you have a sick child I would expect they would be seen the same day not 2 days later. Was also told I could go to urgent care. What is the point of having a family pediatrician if I am always told to go to urgent care? I'm so done with them. My decision isn't just because of this incident but many others in the past.

Doctor is good, but staff is rude and unprofessional. Can't ever get anyone on the phone and if you do it's after a 45 min on hold. Switching doctors not worth the stress!

Dr Anzalone is great, the practice he works for however is horrible. Health care network of swfl. Good luck getting an appointment. The answering service is a waste of time. It’s takes days to get through. And when you finally get an appointment you have to wait for over and hour every time. Which he would go out on his own.

Today was my son’s first visit with Dr. A. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have found him. I’m impressed by the way he interacted with my son. He took his time listening to my concerns, answering my questions. He was patient and I never felt rushed. He explained everything in detail, and at the end I left feeling content with the entire experience. We will certainly continue to see Dr. A!

We just saw Dr. Anzalone today for the first time and I'm so impressed with how he interacted with my son. I feel he genuinely cares and that's hard to find. His staff is nice as well.
