HORRIBLE! They told me my visit would be covered by my insurance as i have already met my $10,000 deductible for the year. then they invoiced me and said it would not be covered by insurance. This is not acceptable to Lie or trick people into getting treatment.

My experience with Dr Hill (and his staff) has been nothing short of amazing. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and answers all your concerns. I’ll be going back for allergy and hearing tests, too Definitely recommended!
Doc tried to charge me for a Nasaloscapy...when I came in with just a blocked ear... never touched my nose and the cost was $600!! I was in his office less than 5 minutes. It took me several months to have my money refunded. Zero Stars if I could . Not sure if he's pulling an insurance scam or what, I noticed this same review scam elsewhere about Dr Hill, so apparently he likes charging for an expensive procedure that's not necessary for an ear exam.
I saw Dr. Hill for chronic sinus issues and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor during the exam process in his office. I eventually underwent surgery with him; septoplasty, with bilateral turbinoplasty to clear my nasal passages. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hill and his office. (My 5 & 8 year old children have also seen him for allergy issues and he was just as impressive.)
BEWARE!!! Dr. Samuel Hill. DO NOT GO SEE DR. HILL if you seek any kind of resolution for a health concern. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and leave you with no answers. We visited him while in FL. He spend NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES with us. He is an EAR, NOSE, & THROAT doctor. He DIDN'T even look at my husband's throat. He billed us for a 45-59 minute office visit because those are their bill codes regardless of how little time he actually spends with you ($353.56). He looked inside my husbands nose for 5 seconds ( $400.38) And then spent the end of the appt telling us how much he liked the Detroit Lion Football team. I insisted further evaluation was needed and that we at least needed to do a CT scan. He agreed, but we quickly realized he had no intention in finding the root cause for my husband's breathing issues as the front desk staff wanted to schedule the CT scan several weeks out as close to our date of departing FL as possible. The nasal spray he recommended was NOT approved by our insurance. We cancelled the CT scan and decided to see a better qualified doctor back home. We then received a bill for $753.86. His office staff said they reviewed the bill and we were billed accurately for the services provided. (The office manager didn't call me back because I was told by other staff that she's too busy). This doctor cares about his wallet and not your health. Find someone else!
I was charged for a 45 minute visit that was only 5 minutes in length! Although they did give me a credit after I pointed this out, they refuse to remove a charge on my bill for 'surgery' for a 'Nasal Endoscopy' . That's where they stick something inside your nose down your throat. You'd think I'd Remember something that significant....but alas, no. The Doctor never stuck anything inside my nostril...I was there for a clogged ear. I think he confused my visit with someone else. My family is moving on as this doctor isn't trustworthy in our opinion.
Dr. Hill did a procedure called “ClariFix” cryotherapy on 2/16 to alleviate my chronic rhinitis. I have been fighting this post nasal drip for decades with pills and sprays. I was hopeful at best. The outcome has been miraculous. Basically cured, no more nasal sprays. My wife thanks him too! 2/16/21
I went to Dr Hill because the previous ent doctor I had at a different location was terrible. Hill and his staff was completely the opposite! The staff were caring and polite. Hill took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I really appreciate his transparency and easy communication. Highly recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
