Unethical billing practices. They do not disclose that portions of the services bill as a hospital and their entire billing department is a nightmare. No one will ever return a phone call. Zero stars.

I highly recommend Dr. Solomon and his colleagues at Naples Heart Institute. I did a great deal of research to find the best possible medical care in Naples, as that is our winter home, which led me first to Dr. Cubeddu and then because of my particular condition and recommended surgical techniques, to his partner Dr. Solomon. Pre-surgery, during surgery/hospitalization, post-surgery the entire staff of physicians and nurses were amazing. Dr. Solomon totally exceeded my expectations. He was professional and kind, taking time answering my long list of questions. Correcting my cardiac condition was the primary goal, but he understood my fears of a big ugly "zipper" scar. Four months post-surgery and I feel great. Plus, I don't know how he did it, but the majority of my scar is no wider than a piece of thread. I really appreciate the quality of care I received.

I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from the NCH Heart Institute and the surgical staff. I had a great result from a complex procedure involving rotablation of a totally blocked artery (CTO) from a previous bypass. The surgeons, and their staff, were all very professional and attentive. Excellent pain management during and after the procedure.

Do not use this place! It's unbelievable that an ENTIRE GROUP OF SURGEONS performing some of the MOST PAINFUL surgeries offered, seem dumbfounded when it comes to pain management. They are UNPROFESSIONAL for not having post surgical pain management protocols in place as standard operating procedure. In addition, it is UNETHICAL of them to allow patients to live extended periods of time after surgery with high levels of pain, despite being highly medicated, and not to act responsibly for their affect on the deterioration of the patients quality of life, continued drug dependency and deteriorating physical and mental well being. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I contacted this Health Center to schedule an appointment on behalf of my Grandmother, and the call was taken by a woman named Monica, whom unfortunately was very discourteous and had awful customer service skills. She was rushing the call, and even cursed to herself while on the line. This Center should consider reviewing their customer service staff as they are the face of their business, and also offering them training opportunities.

Can’t ask for anything more.

Went in for bipass last October. Never got past the nasty nurses. They made me wait over an hour they told me I was late.They denied me service. Next visit they over medicated me , so I ended up in the hospital on December 29. Then they over medicated me even more. January 1. I passed out multiple times because of over medication . For the next 6 months they ignored my concerns. Severe chest pain and multiple episodes of heart attacks. I ask for an angiogram. Nope they put me into a stress test and another heart attack. I was hospitalized!! Because No one listens!! I go for follow up and the doctor informs me that I need an angiogram . He also informs me that I denied BIPASS last October !! Another Lie! Yesterday I called 17 times asking for help ,my blood pressure is High ! Left 3 messages with the manager Jason . No return phone calls . If you want to live go somewhere else’s .

Never answer the phone.

Top-notch practitioner who can quickly identify problems and put the solutions in easily understandable terms. He is capable, competent, and trustworthy.

The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease!
