Sharon Jackson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Sharon Jackson was wonderful. Very thorough and very gentle as she removed pieces of questionable skin for biopsy. I was extremely impressed with the doctor and the staff, as well as the beautiful office. My experience with Dermatologists in SWF have not been this favorable nor have I ever taken the time to write a review before.

I have had 5 skin cancers on my face due to excessive sun exposure as a youth and some as an adult. Went there as I had bad looking spots and was concerned due to my history. She is conscientious and checked all very carefully. Listens well.

Was called to the room within 4 minutes of the appointment. The doctor arriv ed within a couple of minutes. the doctor is profesional, explanatory and discuses issue clearly and promptly.

Seems like every appointment I’m told to arrive 15 mins before, and I’m stuck waiting over 1hr to be seen. When asked what my concerns are by the nurse Dr. Jackson seems to not care at all, she rather pick at other things and biopsy them and they come back clear. As well as her visits with me are less then 10 mins. I will no longer be going to her again.

I went in for a routine skin exam (waited a month for an appointment). It was thorough. I also had developed a small wart and she suggested I get Compound W !!(This has not worked in the past). This seemed rather unusual in that she could just freeze it. After all, it's a skin issue. I also had several bug bites and she gave me 2 prescriptions which are helping. She is efficient.

Dr. Jackson(s) do a great job of identifing cancers on my husband & successfully removing them. We drive over an hour 1 way to see The Jackson's & will not go to anyone else!! They are the best!!

Dr Jackson turned the "scraping" of a suspicious spot over to her PA instead of doing it herself. After 2 1/2 weeks it is still not completely healed. (The biopsy was benign.) I have had a number of "scrapings" before that healed in a few days. She should do her own scrapings as have all the dermatologists I have seen before. I am not going back

I should have listened to the poor reviews about this facility and practitioner. It was the worst service I ever encounter in Naples FL medical facilities. Starting from (signing in- to consultation- to the very end) the whole package of experience was horrible. Going here was not worth even a penny. It was such a big waste of time, money and energy.... Waited for almost an hour, speak with the derma for only 5 minutes. Informed her the very details of my skin conditions but the only solution she gave was to put lotion on it. Even despite the fact I already told her I have been moisturizing and putting lotion on it. I went here to a hope that will feel better and find a solution. Went home feeling worst and been ripped off. Not to mention location is not so easy to find. Receptionist is cold hearted.

Pompous staff and doctor. The doctor missed a precancerous mole. There are better doctors and offices in Naples.

Wonderful Doctor I am very happy to have her as my Doctor.
