I've called her office multiple times after Dr. Chu's nurse left message regarding abnormal lab results. Nurse refuses to respond to call backs even when I left message it was urgent. In desperation asked to speak with Dr. Chu. She too did not call me back. It's been over 3 weeks and I've called over a dozen times. NO ONE will get back to me. Only calls from nurse was initial one alerting me to abnormal labs and one other I missed in past 3+ weeks. Obviously Dr. Chu and her staff don't care about the welfare of patients.

Dr. Chu is upbeat and prepared to help make decisions about my health. I always feel that I am an integral piece in those decisions. I never feel like a number or rushed in my time with her. She's a hidden gem in Naples.

Don't waste your time!!! I scheduled an appointment 3 months out and I get a recorded call telling me to call the office saying there are issues with my upcoming appointment, I then call (not sure why they couldn't call me) and waited over 10 minutes to finally talk to someone for her to tell me that the DR will not be coming into the office that day anymore. So I ask when I can be rescheduled and they need to push me out another entire month. Now putting my appointment 4 months from my original scheduling call.

Don't waste your time at this practice. I called to make an appointment for dizziness and was told to call a cardiologist. If I thought I needed a cardiologist I wouldn't have called a GP. Needless to say I will find another practice.

Had an appointment yesterday, went to office on Collier and Immokalee only to find out wrong office, receptionist said she would call ahead to tell them I was on my way, she never did. Arrived at other office 20 minutes later only for them to tell me I'm late and she would not see me, I was concerned about my high cholesterol, now I have to wait 10 weeks for another appt. Never did they tell me what office. I would never book at south naples too far.

Dr. Chu is our family physician for myself, husband and teenage children. She spends a good amount of time getting to know you and pays attention is every detail, even the details other providers missed over 15 years. We feel very confident and at ease with Dr. Chu. Lori Patel
