Dr. Najm is an excellent pediatrician who puts her patients-- not their parents-- first. Her advice and treatment follow the latest guidelines from the AAP, and she will always make time for a sick visit. The portal and after hours line are extremely helpful, and the staff will answer questions within a couple of hours. We always leave feeling confident about our child's health and know that we have support when needed.

They are unprofessional and they never pick up phone calls or respond to any messages. I kept calling last week to book appointment for my kids but no one picked up. I left messages but no response. Today some woman picked up from front desk and she sounded like she was in a rush and had to catch a train or something. I told her we need to book appointment with Dr. Sobia because our insurance provided a list of pediatricians who are covered and are accepting new patients and she said abruptly, "we are not accepting new patients to keep quality of service and we are not responsible for what your insurance says" which is a joke because if you are not responding to phone without knowing who is calling, what quality standards are you following. She was quite rude and unprofessional.

The office staff is always friendly, they call back very quick even after hours and on the weekend. Whenever we have an emergency they fit us in. I feel Dr.Najm listens and takes her time with us on each visit, it really makes me feel my children are well looked at

When you feel there’s something wrong with your child and it may be more than what the pediatrician believes go with your gut. Be more aware of what’s in your child’s recommended food, do your own research.
