I never made it to my first visit with Dr Schwartz. After spending 25 minutes on the phone to have a questioned answered I was told that I could be waiting 2 to 4 hours to be seen for my 12:30 appointment. I immediately cancelled and will be making an appointment with one of the other 200 ophthalmologists in Naples. No doctor is worth a 4 hour wait for a PRE ARRANGED appointment.

After waiting to see Dr. Chang I was called in to her examining room After waiting approximately 45 minutes in the room finally Dr. Chang . Why would your office be so inconsiderate to a patient calling them into a empty room for 45 minutes until the doctor strolled in Your reputation as a doctor is impeccable , but your staff should not push a patient into an empty room for 45 minutes .. maybe more coordination between the staff and the doctor is needed

When you are dealing with an issue threatening eyesight, Dr Schwartz is excellent. I understand that doctors experience emergencies in their office and those patients come first. I wait patiently because one day it could be me with an emergency. Dr Schwartz is no nonsense.
