As a walk-in patient, he saw me within 15 minutes, diagnosed a virus but on a subsequent visit prescribed an antibiotic to address bronchitis.

I saw Dr. West at the Collier Urgent Care clinic in Naples. I had an infected finger. He was thorough and explained wound care in detail. Did not make me feel rushed. Highly recommended. His approach should be the standard for the way a doctor interacts with a patient.

I was on vacation in the Naples, Florida area, and got extremely sick. I went to the Urgent Care where Dr. West practices. I was seen within 75 minutes, which was what I had been told. The Doctor was kind, explained what tests had shown, he told me what the cure was going to be. I felt that this Doctor really cared, about a patient that he was seeing for the first time. Thank You to Dr. West and Staff.

My son visited Dr. West at the urgent care - I was floored with his level of service. He was patient with my young son, took his time to explain everything that he was doing to him and also took his time to explain everything to me. He was outstanding! I wish more doctors showed his level of care and commitment. His bedside manner is truly unmatched! I can't say enough great things about our experience. He went above and beyond!
