The anesthesiologist Dr Hunt was awesome with my little guy! The nurses are great and really listened to help us. I felt my surgeon came late and was quick to move on after the surgery. Maybe that day was not his day. Thank God my little one is fine!

I went in for a Hernia Surgery by Dr Liberman, who was Fantastic, not just the Surgery but his Bedside manner. When I first went back for the preop, I met the most amazing team of nurses &amp; (one in particular ..Trish Mitchel we had each other laughing so hard I&#39;m glad it was before surgery or I would have busted a stitch. LOL The Anesthesiologist was just as Wonderful, they all deserve a raise &amp; anyone going into surgery that&#39;s lucky enough to have them by their side is Blessed. I&#39;m recovering slowly but will remember this experience forever for all the kindness, support &amp; laughter. Thank you All very much. I had sinus surgery at this center last week and except for the long wait past my appointment time (which nobody addressed) found the facility and its medical staff to be exceptional. Kudos to my surgeon, Dr Benjamin Lehmkuhl, the pre-op and post-op nursing staff, and the amazing Dr. Hunt and Shannon - anesthesia.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Surgery Center of Naples! I had a Tonsillectomy 1 week ago today. I have been dreading this entire process since I found out I needed them out. I just wanted to mention how comfortable I felt because of the staff. From the first lady I met with that morning for payment to my recovery nurse! Everyone was super friendly and professional. Any questions I had were answered appropriately and honestly. My pre op nurse, circulator and recovery nurses were all so sweet and caring! The Anesthesia team was AMAZING! Dr. Hunt, Renee and Sam thank you all so much for making my first time under General Anesthesia a breeze. Dr. Lehmkuhl was very informative, and other than normal post operative pain.. I am very pleased with my experience at this surgery center and with the doctor I chose to have my procedure done with. Can not thank you all enough!!!

I’ve watched my girlfriend go back and forth about getting a refund from this place for months after her surgery was done. Seems like another money hungry medical center who is more worried about their bottom line than taking care of the people who just paid thousands to get reconstructive surgery. Pat yourselves on the back guys, you take advantage of people at their lowest.

My surgeon was great. The results from my surgeon were great. The staff in billing and everyone handling my paperwork have been a nightmare. They required I pay upfront for the surgery instead of billing my insurance first. I am still dealing with a refund that they said I would get 2 weeks after the surgery and it’s been over FOUR MONTHS since my surgery. They don’t even take efficient notes when I call so I’m wasting my time talking to anyone on the phone. They just want to take your money and they could care less about your or your concerns after you pay. If I had this procedure again I would almost consider another facility and surgeon because of the headaches this process has caused.

I went in for left knee surgery under Dr. Guerra. The staff at the Surgery Center of Naples was wonderful-- from the pre-op nurse , Heather, to the postop nurse, Cheryl , to the anesthesiologist Dr. Hunt and the nurse anesthetist to Yugenis! Kudos to all! And this is coming from a doctor. A+

Had surgery today and I had the best experience ever. Shout out specifically to nurse Fran, nurse anesthetist Jerry, anesthesiologist (I’m so sorry I cannot remember your name) you were all amazing. You made me feel so comfortable and like I wasn’t alone during the whole process. I would a millions times over recommend their facility. Nurse Fran thank you so so much! Wow please avoid this place if you're looking for people that actually care. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and combative. I will be going to a different surgery center and I recommend you do the same.
