Saw this place was fairly new and thought it would be fun to try out for a mom and daughter spa day. I had the most wonderful facial/dermaplaning of my life here! Literally fell asleep and woke myself up snoring several times lol. After my facial I had a Botox and filler consultation and she was so knowledgeable I will definitely be back to get that done!My mom got herself a massage while I was getting my facial and thankfully Donna had extra time to fit my mom in right after. This was such a much needed refresher and I’m so glad everything worked out the way it did. Highly recommend this place, will be coming back regularly ♥️

Wow!Everything was so easy. It all starts with a free consultation and evaluation. The office is located in a easy to find location and was fresh and clean. Anita was great and made me feel at ease. Surprisingly the cost isn't anywhere near as much as I expected. Goodbye to a few hairs that are in inconvenient spots. Also I learned that laser works only on colored hairs , not blonde. Highly recommended!

I had such an amazing experience here. Mary was so knowledgeable and made the sessions go so smooth. (See what I did there?) I continued my previous sessions I had from my old laser clinic back on the mainland, and I'm so happy with the results I got here. I'm hoping to go back to have other parts of my body lasered, just have to find the right time. 10/10, would highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical about getting laser hair removal but I decided to give it shot. The staff was amazing. She thoroughly explained the procedure and made my first experience as comfortable as could be. I highly recommend Q Laser for hair removal. You'll get friendly, quality service at a great price.

I've been here 3 times now to do my Brazilian treatment. I absolutely love this place. Mary is super sweet and so knowledgeable of your skin. She made me feel so comfortable. You know how treatments like this can be uncomfortable and awkward. But Mary makes you feel right at home. I'm going to be honest, first time I went with someone else it kind of hurt some areas, but dealt with it. My second and third time I did my treatment with Mary and is was Aaaaawwwmaaazing! I would so recommend this place. Planning on doing other areas of my body as well. So far 3 treatments and each time I have less hair and it's waaau thinner as well. Go and check them out!

This place is a terrible gender discriminating scam. After inquiring as to whether or not they do the private areas of males after seeing such on their website I was verbally harassed by email. Do not use the service at all cost they are very evil and discriminating.

Had a Laser Hair Removal treatment and facial today at Q Laser and only have good things to say about the staff and the technician Mary, who has years of experience in the Industry. I was highly impressed not only with her knoweldge, but her genuine care during the treatment and cleary explaining the entire process as well. Anita the owner, a local and lovely person, and receptionist Des were equally friendly, professional and also made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend Q Laser, they have been in business in Hawaii for almost 20 year and voted BEST for several years now.
