Not very good. This was my first visit with Dr. Lee for annual physical. I was communicated my lab test results and prescription on the phone by a staff member. I'm not a medical professional and cannot understand all these values in a snap on the phone. I never had any medical issues in my life so I'm not familiar with differents tests and their values. The staff member did not appreciate me asking her details and was bit rude. Normally, the doctor himself calls the patient to explain the result of annual physical and walk through patiently for future precautions. prescriptions, etc.

Dr. Le has been my family physician over the past few years and I give him my highest recommendation. Dr. Le has a very thorough, comprehensive approach, where he very quickly centers on all your healthcare needs and prescribes medication directly related to all aspects of your healthcare situation. He tells you what you need to hear. Melissa manages the front desk and all matters related to Dr. Le’s Practice. She is a very efficient, quick thinking multitasker, who is also very pleasant. She is a seasoned, knowledgeable front end manager. Together they provide a very competent team of healthcare professionals. You will be pleased by their care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Le's since his office first opened (next to Fair Oaks Hospital). I believe it has been nearly 20 years that I have been a patient of Dr. Le's. I have also recommended him to many, many other satisfied friends and family members. I will be his patient until the day he retires. He is doc to my entire family. Melissa is committed to providing excellence which is why she "makes no bones about it" (young people look that phrase up). Melissa is professional, direct, respectful and quick when necessary AND takes her time to discuss, to answer and is very caring when necessary. Imagine being the one person to take care of, and to meet the needs of, both doctor, his staff and ALL of his patients. Dr. Le respects his patients; he listens; he takes his time and if by chance it is an unusual day that you have to wait past your appointment time, he is worth the wait. I am NOT related to in any way, nor friends with, Dr. Le or Melissa.

Dr Le is the doctor we have ever had. Very professional and compassionate towards his patients. My family and I, we highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Le for 17 years now. I have complete trust in him as a doctor and, in my opinion, he is the best out of every doctor I’ve seen in the 17 years I’ve been a patient. Dr. Le is someone who listens to his patients and will ensure you are given the best care. Where some other doctors are concerned with making you feel good while writing off your medical concerns as “in your head,” Dr. Le isn’t a doctor who fills you with fluff. He and his staff are to the point and honest. As far as the “front desk receptionist,” she has been with him as long as I’ve been a patient. She is the sole “receptionist” for this practice and manages his very busy office. Both her and Dr. Le are to the point, concise, follow through, and follow up. They have many elderly patients, some of whom I’ve chatted with in the waiting room during previous visits (pre-COVID). Taking extra precaution during this time when so many aren’t has made me feel more secure under Dr. Le’s care.

Dr. Le is a wonderful doctor. I am so happy that we found him. They really know and care about their patients. Most important is we can get an appointment when we are sick. He was able to figure out what was wrong with me when so many other doctors weren't able to figure it out.

I Love Dr Lee he has help me more ways then one He listens to me when I need advice and gives me great advice when needed .He recommend s me to get more testing done when needed ..I would recommend Dr.Lee to anyone that needs a good Doctor ...Also The staff at Dr Lee office are wonderful. People They are pleasant and Easy to get along Thank You Dr.lee For the help and understanding of my health ... I wouldn't go to any other Dr ..

This dr makes you go into his office for everything. It almost feels like a scam for co-pays. The first time I went here, the nurse took my blood pressure & it read really high..When i pointed this out, she realized she had done it wrong. I completely appreciate that people make mistakes, but this was my very first impression. When you finally get to see the doctor, you’re lucky if he looks you in the eye. There’s no way he won all the top doctor awards he has hung all over his office.

Dr. Le's administrative staff and nurses are extremely rude, short, and cold. Very unhelpful and unpleasant to speak to or deal with. They give you a hard time, try to make you feel incompetent, talk over you, cut you off, and have no patience or empathy. You are put on hold immediately every time you call in without even being able to say a word first. It really ruins the experience and unfortunately, I do not want to go back there specifically due to his staff,

Dr. Le takes the time to get to know his patients and, most importantly, listens well. I highly recommend Dr. Le. He has helped me take control and improve my health. Also diagnosed my cancer while another doctor thought it was a continuous migraine.
