Doctor is good enough, but forget about getting help with your meds.I went there because my doctor went out of practice. Like I said-doctor is ok. But she carved me up, hustled me out of the office and left me to her staff for follow up, as she went out of town. She was in such a hurry I forgot to talk about everything a first time patient should...like your medications.Forget about trying to get your medication refilled!! If you don't want to go to their FANCY PRICEY pharmacy and take their even PRICIER Medications you are sunk. Every time you order from the PRICY PHARMACY the price goes UP! I have been on the same medicine for years and the PA is having nothing to do with it. My old meds are inexpensive and work for me, but NO WAY. I tried their meds and pharmacy, and called to switch to my old meds and they refuse. I can't even wear makeup I am so sensitive, but they suggested a topical medicine, Way To GO!! I am looking for another Dermatologist.

Front office is disorganized. The doctor appeared distracted and reprimanded her nurse in front of us. Not professional.

This doctor is a quack. My daughter has a skin condition on her eyelids that is very difficult to manage. I sent her to this doctor for a second opinion. She told her to use a prescription cortizone cream on it, but did not give her a prescription. She told her to order it from some on-line pharmacy that she was promoting and said she wouldn't need insurance. When I looked on-line the medication was very expensive. We have very good insurance that covers prescriptions. Why is she deciding where we should buy our prescriptions? The same week, my daughter went to our opthamologist. She was shocked that she had been told to use cortizone on her eyelids. It should not be used on the eyes because it causes gluacoma and cataracts!

I couldn't get in with my regular dermatologist so I found her. There is a reason why you get such quick appointment. Her bedside mannerisms is awful. Her exam was opposite of what you want in your full skin exam. It took her 90 seconds. She is sloppy and probably missed half of it. She herself looks dirty. I am going back to my regular dayfor a real exam, I wouldn't trust her at all

Rushed, rude, lack of concern for patients' comfort and questions. Poor explanation of procedures, consent issues. Will not go back.

Just had my first appointment with Dr Venetos and I am so angry and disappointed! I felt so rushed by her, not at all respected during my full body (basically naked) check and any question I asked was answered with the least helpful information! She quickly named the spot but told me nothing about it until I pressed her for information. Her answer to everything was a different $400 cosmetic procedure. I felt like I was just a walking dollar sign to her. I also had my toddler with me. She took one look at his rosy cheeks and before even saying hello to me asked if he was a patient (does she really have such horrible bedside manner that she can't remember if a 2 year old boy is a patient or not??). I said no but that I wanted to ask about his cheeks. She flat you out told me she "couldn't discuss anything about him unless I register him as a patient". I found it so rude - there's no way I would have him treat her. I will certainly be looking for a new dermatologist!

Dr Venetos has a terribly bad attitude. Very rushed. Might be too greedy by booking too many appointments to make money then making patients wait and wait. Manner are pushy and know it all attitude. Does not listen and jumps to liquid nitrogen as answer to all. She may have issues with men as patients because women rank her better. They do cosmetic stuff mostly so if you have straight medical issue - find a more serious doctor who is more careful and caring.

I started seeing Dr. Venetos in 2017. I have seen her 5-6 times and have always been impressed with the service, professionalism, knowledge and quality of care received by her and her staff. I appreciate her knowledge of insurance and prescription costs and the alternatives she offers to minimize my out-of-pocket costs on dermatology prescriptions.

I started seeing Dr. Venetos in 2017, and I couldn't be happier. I have seen her 5-6 times in the past year and have always been impressed with the service, professionalism, knowledge, and care received by her and her staff. I had seen my previous dermatologist for over 10 years and never received the quality of care I have received from Dr. Venetos. I have never had a hard time getting an appointment, and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. One other thing important to me is that Dr. Venetos takes the time to understand my insurance plan and also helps me minimize pharmacy cost. Her staff knows where I can get dermatology prescriptions filled by mail order for the least amount out-of-pocket for me. I really appreciate that.
