My experience was great at Tyrone-Medina. I was seen very quickly and Emily Garrett was wonderful- so caring and very helpful. My Rx's were called in to CVS in a matter of minutes.

The best care I've ever received at an urgent care. Not a long wait, great bedside manner, proper treatment, and an explanation of what to do long-term to resolve the issue. Dr. Maldonado saw me, and he was exceptional.

I have been at Dr Medina's walk in clinic since we first arrived in Naples more than 15 years ago. Always professional, caring and helpful.

When I first moved to Naples over a decade ago I would visit this clinic when I had any health issues. Over the years Dr. Medina has probably been one of the most competent and nicest doctors I have used. I am sorry some reviews are upset with parking, insurance issues, waiting, other staff, etc but as far as the physician goes, I don't think it gets much better than Dr. Medina.

Dr Medina and Dr Maldonado have literally saved my life 3 times over the years by curing sudden onset pneumonia. PA Calimari also noticed 2 hairline fractured ribs when the X-ray report stated nothing broken. Whenever my GP can’t take me, I will always Only go to Dr Medina’s walk in clinic. I Highly recommend everyone there!

I was visiting beautiful Naples, Florida and had injured my wrist. I went to this facility where the receptionist advised me that they do not have an X-Ray machine to X-Ray my wrist. Nonetheless my friend's neighbors advised me that they had been seen at this location and have had x-rays at this location. I had asked the receptionist (both who were very rude) if they knew of any other Urgent Care facilities which had X-Ray machines and both said "no" and to go to the Emergency Room. I was appalled and saddened to find out that they did have an X-Ray machine and I called and scolded the two receptionists. Shame on this place and shame on them!
