I have been at Dr Medina's walk in clinic since we first arrived in Naples more than 15 years ago. Always professional, caring and helpful.

When I first moved to Naples over a decade ago I would visit this clinic when I had any health issues. Over the years Dr. Medina has probably been one of the most competent and nicest doctors I have used. I am sorry some reviews are upset with parking, insurance issues, waiting, other staff, etc but as far as the physician goes, I don't think it gets much better than Dr. Medina.

Dr Medina and Dr Maldonado have literally saved my life 3 times over the years by curing sudden onset pneumonia. PA Calimari also noticed 2 hairline fractured ribs when the X-ray report stated nothing broken. Whenever my GP can’t take me, I will always Only go to Dr Medina’s walk in clinic. I Highly recommend everyone there!

I was sexually harassed by Dr. Medina. I went on an appointment to had a blood test done, and instead of prescribing my blood test, he insisted on my having a breast exam. He instructed his nurse to take off my blouse and bra so he could examen me. When I refused he yelled at me and kicked me out from his office. And refused to do my blood test. I made formal complaints to the Administration and they have done nothing.

I was tested on Tuesday for covid paid $250 to get the results within 24-48 hours. Today is Saturday and still no word. I have tried to call everyday at all different times and never once has someone answered the phone. My co worker had hers done on Monday and they never did call her she had to stop in person to be told that they had been calling the wrong number. I would like to believe that if you didn’t have to write your number and email address a dozen times in the paperwork you have to fill out. I would give them 5 stars for how nice and professional they were in the office during my visit. But when you have family waiting to make sure your safe and jobs waiting for you to work and missed income it’s not right to let people wait in limbo while not answering the phone.
