I expected much more, especially after seeing all the 5-star reviews. After recently moving to the area, I needed a new PCP. I met with the physician for an issue, and he did not take into account all my symptoms or concerns. He came up with a diagnosis that I did not think was correct. I kept asking questions, but he would brush them off and make rude comments. Then, he wanted labs in 2 weeks (even though I just had some done 4 months ago) and to review those labs an additional 2 weeks after that. I felt that waiting a full month before anything was addressed was ridiculous. I left very frustrated and unheard. I sought out a second opinion and they were able to give me a correct diagnosis, as well as meds to quickly clear up symptoms. I understand that physicians do not always get the correct diagnosis, but he completely disregarded anything I had to say and was very unprofessional.Also, they do their own labs but you have to pay a $10 convenience fee before it’s billed to insurance. I’m not sure how it’s convenient if you have to come back later to get them done anyways?

This is an easy to find location in Naples right on the bus route. The staff is very welcoming and quick to get you into a waiting room to see the doctor. I am very happy with the decor, and large waiting room with lots of chairs.

Everyone at Well--Being Medical Center was fantastic! From the easy and seamless check-in, to the nurse that drew my blood, to a personal greeting from Dr. Martinez welcoming me when I arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased. My husband and I recently moved here from California and were worried about finding a doctor, we couldn't be happier that we were referred to Well-Being Medical Center.
