Terrible experience He performed a procedure in his office and the next day I was admitted to the hospital with a severe urinary infection. The hospital informed his office at the time I was admitted. I never heard from his office. Is that called abandoning a patient?

The office environment is friendly with a very professional staff from front office to nurses, techs, and doctors assistants. Dr. Figlesthaler is the consummate professional with a great bedside manner! His team has responded quickly with any questions i have had post surgery, including off hours. I can not thank them enough for my life style change back to normalcy after having surgery. They are the go to team!

I have been seeing urologists since I was 6 years old. Finally at age 28, Dr Figlesthaler finally found a solution to my incontinence. I highly recommend this practice. Yes the wait times can be pretty long (I always account for that), but it's 100% worth it.

DOUBLE DIPPING!!! Not only did zi pay for services rendered but so did the j Durante company. Never got reimbursed!

Initially thought Dr. Figlesthayler was nothing short of first class. However, when it came to light that his office was over billing me with his authorization, I came to second guess myself. Office owes me well over $400 for overpayment. Said I would be reimbursed. Never reimbursed. Bottom line! Dr. Fig’s office collected from me and insurance company. When posed to billing dept that Dr. Fig would not appreciate the double dipping. The response from billing department was, DR. FIGLESTHAYLER AUTHORIZED THE DOUBLE DIPPING! PS: NEVER RECEIVED REIMBURSEMENT!

Dr.Figlesthaler is a first class Urologist. I have seen him about five times and he was always on time, very efficient explained everything. Once I was prescribed an expensive medication and it didn't work up to his expectation and he wanted to increase the strength but knew it was really expensive and he had samples transferred from another office for me to try. He is very personable and knowledgeable.
