Este médico y está Clinica tienen muy mal trato al cliente , sacas citas y jamás te atienden a la hora que la tienes , tiñes que esperar por lista de llegada después que uno se planifica y saca su cita porque trabajamos , no hay limpieza , los médicos y los de servicios están siempre fuera de La clínica y el paciente esperando a la comodidad de ellos , son los peores, no lo aconsejo a nadie, las de la recepción igual están todo el día haciendo cuentos y paseando y no están para ayudar a los pacientes , son lo último deberían cerrarla por ser tan incapaces

I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone. More than 2 hours waiting to be seen and nothing. If they cannot keep the order of the appointments then do not give any. Also the place looks old and dirty. I will never come back

I have been going to Dr. Bermudez for a while now never once has he been professional back in December they drew blood from me apparently I have diabetes today is April and I’m just finding out after going in the office today and expressing how upset I was he acted like it was a joke so I got upset and we exchanged words. Then he acted like he was going to fight me and kicked me out of his office. When he saw that I am not the one to play with he called the cops his father and mother work there don’t ask me why because they’re definitely not in the medical field but hey, they came into the room and tried to attack me they also saw that it was in their best interest not to touch me needless to say the cops came and saw the situation and said that I have any right to be upset, I am a father of five and I want to be here for my kids. My medical life is not a joke. Every time I needed a referral to go to another doctor. The other doctors never received referrals. I would have to go back to And pick it up personally because obviously they didn’t know what they were doing 💯 with that being says if you’re looking for a doctor this is definitely not the one PS Only given one star because Google made me‼️

Pésimo servicio al cliente,cuando llamas y necesita hablar con alguna persona encargada de la oficina solo te cuelgan el teléfono sin explicación

I have an appointment at 3:30 and I got there at 3:40 and they told me the doctor left without calling me to se if I’m gonna make it to my appointment But when you have to wait three hours to be seen it’s OK

The office is extremely old, bathroom not in good condition and there’s a whole in the wall which is very uncomfortable. No AC in the waiting room, which makes the wait horrible , like if we are in a third world country, and they overbook appointments, there’s only 1 doctor and there are 5 people for the same time which I don’t understand. Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the doctor did not minimize my symptoms like other doctors do, and referred me to other specialist and to run some tests to discard any major problems. Also some of the staff members are nice.

El doctor 0 profesional 0 humano 0 todo que falta de respeto que este tipo tenga licencia válida en este país hoy mismo denuncio a madicaid no recomiendo este doctor a nadie

I normally reserve any review I write to praise either an individual or an establishment. Alas, in this case I feel compelled to share a very negative testimonial after repeated interactions with this individual who had one more encounter than necessary with my daughter, her father, and other beloved caretakers devoted to her health as she is intellectually as well as physically disabled. If you are looking for informed, compassionate care, propriety, and a good bedside manner, search elsewhere.

Voy Hablar de mi experiencia personal ya que leo los comentarios negativos pero lo primero que me hizo el Dr y su staff fue chequear mis signos vitales presión etc.y lo primero que me hizo al momento fueron laboratorios que es lo primordial para saber cómo se encuentra uno de salud la gente debe entender que ahora existe la tecnología para guiar a un Doctor a un tratamiento adecuado y el Dr cuenta con un buen staff mi opinión es que es buen médico y sabe lo que hace antes de acudir a el chequee su background y es un Doctor bien preparado en mi opinión .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Recuerde se ve serio pero es muy buena persona y no lo conozco soy un paciente regular pero hay que aprender a respetar la personalidad de los demás.
