Cheryl Jeffries's Online Review Report Card

Jeffries is a rude and arrogant woman with an overrated sense of self only concerned with squeezing as much money from patients and their insurance company.

Horrible bedside manners. Doesn't really listen or care about your needs. Says she'll give you a referral to get help then doesn't. Her nurse is also unhelpful and rude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jefferies for over one year and am very satisfied with the care she provides. She listens, is thorough in her exams and evaluations, takes time to explain things, and is very professional. I would highly recommend her!

This Dr is rude , lies . And puts thins in your report that never happened ! I was shocked at her treatment of me she failed to comply with do no harm to her Patient!

I went to her office today because I had an appt. in another office on that floor but needed a refill on 1 of my meds. I was COVID screened upon entering the building. I went into her “empty” office, face mask on, to ask for the refill. The staff were extremely rude while telling me that her & her nurse are on vacation until next week and NO, “she does NOT have any doctor or anyone else covering her patients. I replied by asking them are they sure because I have NEVER heard of such and if that is indeed true, I will need to find a new primary care doctor who has someone covering her patients when she’s on vacation. Then another doctor’s nurse sarcastically stated, “you can just get you another doctor but I can call you in a refill”. When I asked when, she sarcastically again said, “when I have time”. Within 30 minutes, I had 3 missed calls from the same phone #, NO voicemail left! 2 hours later, the same # called my phone, I answered, and guess who was on the phone...Dr. Jeffries with ALL of her hateful & despicable rudeness, over talking me, raising her voice and again, hateful, despicable rudeness. She called to scold & reprimand me (although I’m NOT a child) by false claims that I came in her office “wreaking havoc” and I can just find myself another doctor (even though I certainly don’t need her permission to do so). She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say about the incident (although she wasn’t there because according to her, her staff are excellent (they people at the front desk did not say they were her staff but a different doctor’s staff! What doctor, supposedly on vacation, calls their patient 4 times just to be hateful & disrespectful? Dr. Jeffries!!! She kept telling me that I didn’t read the sign on the door which according to her says only enter if you have an appointment. Actually, I saw no sign but wasn’t looking for one either because like I said, I was screened upon entrance and cleared to proceed upstairs! I normally don’t write reviews unless my experience is very positive or extremely AWFUL as this one. Shame on you Dr. Jeffries and your staff are a reflection of their leader! They are going to continue with rudeness because that’s who you are! Patients, beware! Of course I will change PCP. No one deserves to be treated in this negative way! When a doctor stops “listening to and stop caring about their patients”, it’s time to hang up the white coat and retire the stethoscope to find whatever you can be passionate about...Dr. Jeffries.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Jeffries. I firmly believe I have finally found my “person” so to speak. I have had a cacophony of medical mysteries until Dr. Jeffries and I am so thankful for her guidance and care. She’s caring, compassionate and absolutely on top of her game. I haven’t had a question go unanswered, nor have I had one that stumped her. To me, this speaks volumes to her level of greatness in the medical community. The entire staff at Baptist Medical park in Navarre are always patient and kind and thus far I’ve had no issues being seen in the event of a sickness that pops up. I think my favorite part about Dr. Jeffries though, is her sense of humor. It’s always nice to not feel intimidated, or “small” when speaking to your PCM and Dr. Jeffries has that nailed down. Hands down one of the best drs I’ve had the pleasure to have on my side.

Dr Jeffries is very nice and takes her time with you. That’s good if you’re in with her, bad if you’re in the waiting room. Usually runs 15 minutes behind. Her nurse is great and easy to get ahold of. They return phone calls.

She is understanding and on point willing to take time to listen to me as a patient

I would sooner go see my dogs vet!
