Very best practice around been using Dr. Cave and his staff for over 20 years !! 🙏👏

Have been going to Dr Cave for 20 years but after the experience with the miserable women that work the front window, I may not go back. Ever since White Wilson bought out Dr Cave the women upfront outside of one or two over the years are some of the most miserable people I’ve ever met working upfront in a physicians office. White Wilson obviously hired them from the VA after they fired them for being miserable and unfriendly. My son and his wife Have had nothing but bad experiences and being treated rudely by the women upfront also. I would find it hard to believe if I was the only one that has ever complained about this, I can be talking to people while I walk my dog that bring this up. It was a sad day when White Wilson took over Dr Cave’s practice.

Way too expensive for self-pay, and gave unreasonable need to see doctor for (I felt) a way to make more money. I did like the care of Dr. Cave, but in the end left due to expenses.I'm editing the his now since originally posting this review a year ago. After a response was received, I attempted to contact managerial staff to no avail. I have constant, repetitive issues with the office. Now they were closed for two weeks at Christmastime with no physician on duty to take care of problems. I am in need of a refill of my antidepressant, which was not done when I saw a medical staff technician nearly a month ago. Not only was the answering services unknowledgeable, they were rude and not helpful. I was advised to contact the next closest White Wilson to me, which was in fort Walton Beach. Fortunately, I decided to call their Immediate Care (which apparently the answering service had no idea that I could do), and Immediate Care was extremely helpful and solved my issue. I will be finding another doctor.

TRICARE INSURED BEWARE: For those of you that know me know that I have been in the area for a long time. Unfortunately my son has been very sick for about an entire week and we have been trying to get into his primary care doctor Dr. Cave. My son has been signed up with Dr. Cave for a year and a half however their records no longer show him as a patient and will not see him saying they are not accepting new patients. Of course I have TRICARE as does most of the community and cannot just simply pick up the phone and make an insurance covered appointment with a different provider and to top it off our recent ER visit will most likely not be covered since his PCM Dr. Cave does not accept him as a patient any longer. Oh and when going to select a new PCM on the tricare website, Dr. Cave still shows up as available. Hope I save some of you from this hassle that I have been going through.

he is an excellent doctor, his staff lacks what it takes to deal with the public. Starting with Christy his office manager to his airhead nurse Aly.

Horrible communication with his staff, Dr. Cave & me the patient. I will be calling White Wilson about this disfuntional Physician's Office ASAP. which reflects in poor patient care. Being busy is not a valid excuse. My time is as valuable as his time.

Excellent Dr. Very well educated. Takes the time to listen gives great advive n has helped me tremendously in weight loss n on other occassions when I got sick. Thank you Dr. Cave.
