I really feel comfortable here. Everyone is so nice and sweet.

All of my children have been seeing Dr. El-Goweni for more than 4 years. She is kind, gentle with our special needs children, and really listens to our concerns as parents. Her staff is always nice, welcoming and we never feel like we are an after thought.

Love love love! Dr. El-Goweni is amazing. And the staff is nice and amazing with my son!

Dr. ElGoweni has been seeing my three grandchildren for five years. She is a great doctor, very thorough and knowledgeable, and takes time with my grandchildren to meet their needs. Her staff is always so very kind and helpful also.

Be ready to wait an hour plus past your appt time. This place is a joke!!

Dr. El Goweni is such an amazing pediatrician. All 5 of our children see her. She takes her time, doesn't rush through the appointment. She takes your concerns seriously and any referral we have needed was done incredibly quick. I highly recommend her!

All five of my kids were seen by Dr El-Goweni when we moved here. It has now been 10 years and three of my kids are still seen by her (other two became adults so no longer can be seen by pediatrics). Dr El-Goweni and her staff have always been professional, thorough, prompt (especially nice for a doctor), personable (bedside manners), listens and tries to meet your medical needs. What more can you ask of a doctor. You are lucky to find a doctor today who thinks of you as an individual and takes time to know you and meet your individual needs. She is reminiscent of how family doctors were during my childhood.

Completely unprofessional. She does not care about you, your child, or your time. Within 2 minutes of meeting this women she told me I was no longer welcome at her facility. Prior to making this appointment several girls at the front desk seemed bothered by my questions and were nasty over months time. This Dr. didnt even ask me what the situation was, quickly called me a liar and sent me on my way.. unbelieveable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most of the girls up front are nasty and don't want to waste their time with you. Especially Dr.Gewoni. So for months I had an insurance issue and after talking through about 12 girls, 1 of them actually helped and shortly after I was able to make an appointment for my son to get his shots.They scheduled me at 1:00. Would have been nice to know they take a lunch break from 12-1. So I wouldn't of showed up 30 mins early to fill out new patient paperwork. But when I was finally seen by a nurse she asked me about a physical. I told her that I wasn't sure if I needed that but let's go ahead and do it anyway. Get in the room to which Dr.Goweni greets us and informs me that my son is not able to get his shots until he's 4..(Unfortnately for me my sons birthday falls on the day school starts, he is going out of town, blah blah blah. But mainly It is extremely difficult for me to take time off. Single mother, not a lot of help) This was disappointing to hear of course.. to which I responded that if the girls up front weren't nasty and would of let me know this when I made the appointment, i wouldn't of made an appointment. She told me that the girls she hires are not nasty, this is the first that she has heard anyone say this and that i didnt even make an appointment to get his shots, that I was there for a physical.!. ?? Shocked of course, I disputed what she had just said and she quickly told me I was no longer welcome at that facility. All within 2 minutes of her walking in the room.. Never experienced anything like this before. I would not recommend this facility to anyone! Don't put money in these people's pocket!!

This was my first experience with this practice since I moved here from another states. I waiting 2 hours for my appointment for my boys and then when I asked how much longer the doctor came in who I never met before said before told me she would not be seeing my children. Have not idea why except that I asked how much longer. Would never recommend this doctor. The last pediatrician I had was for 15 years with no issues.
