Dr. I is the best psychiatrist in the Florida panhandle. I seen him years back at Bridgeway in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Which after he left I left I went else where. Then when I found out he was in Navarre I made appointment, took me 8 months to get in to see him. I have a lot of phobias and he has helped me thru them he's a caring down to earth doctor. He's also honest and doesn't sugar coat things. If you don't like honesty then he's not right doctor for you. He treats you like a human being he's compassionate and actually listens and he's not in it for the money like most Dr. Offices. He was in Navarre now is going to Fort. Walton Beach which is a lot closer.

This office has the worst billing/customer service!!! Had BCBS insurance and they did not bill correctly. Tried to call and get it submitted correctly and was told by Christy in the billing department that it’s to late now and not worth her time!!! Meanwhile I now have a collections notice on my credit report!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She was rude and wouldn’t let me speak, she talked over me, and she told me it’s my problem not hers!! Wow!! Worst Drs office management ever!!!!

I started seeing Dr. I approximately 2 1/2 years ago, he listens to me and gives me good feedback. He is very personable and knowledgeable in his field and is genuinely trustworthy.
