Dr Pandolfi has been my Dr for over 20 years. His practice is a step back in time, which has its advantages and disadvantages, but the advantages are priceless. It’s a small practice, with just Dr P and his nurse practitioner, Sherri. Both are caring, patient, giving you the time you need, which accounts for them frequently running a bit late. But when it’s you they are spending that extra time to get you the care you need, I can’t begrudge that to others. I just plan accordingly. It’s a fair trade to get the personal care they provide. To go to a clinic where they know your name, your family members, your history and take the time to discuss your issues in depth, it’s what I imagine a small town Dr should be. And yet, I have found them to be on the cutting edge of treatment options, and well connected to various specialists in the area. I’ve lost two elderly family members over the years, also patients, and the level of effort, concern and care provided during the most difficult of times was extraordinary. All of the staff were so understanding, but Monica in particular did everything possible to ease our journey. In today’s cold, clinical, mechanized health care system, Dr Pandolfi, Sherri and their staff are a welcome exception.

Doc p has been my favorite and only Doctor for 25 years and, I'm cross country and asked for a history of my allergy problem from the past and recieved a hard time from Monica (the hw), then my refill for bloating water/blood pressure medication was immediately denied.
