The true gem of this experience however was Dr. Freier. His amiable bedside manner was the true epitome of what we all want in a doctor. If I could give him more stars I would. As long as I am in the area I will continue to go to him and recommend him to all of my friends.

Wow—a truly great doctor!! Attentive, informative, knowledgeable, he explained my health issues in detail and gave me a complete understanding of what and how to alleviate my condition. I’ve been seeing Dr. Freier for a few years and every time I feel he truly cares for me!! Kudos!!

I've been going to White Wilson to see Dr. Freier for approximately a year now. I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful and Dr. Freier has always been very attentive and caring. The facility is also always very clean. I've recommended him/them to my friends and family and I would highly recommend to you too!

This review is more about office management than doctor. The phones never seem to be working properly, very hard to schedule or cancel an appt. Made an appt with doctor and showed up to check in and they told me Appt was 2 weeks out and that instead I had an immediate care appt. This was clearly not the case since after scheduling appt with doc they asked if I wanted to be transferred to immediate care to be seen prior to since it was a more urgent matter, to which I replied, “no thanks I will call back if I need to be seen immediately.” I’ve tried more than once to get in to see this doctor and they weren’t very understanding, friendly or helpful even after explaining and made it seem like it was my mistake.

Dr. Freier is excellent doctor. He always listens to my health problems with patience and tries to solve them as best as he could. I have always feel that I am in safest hands as finding Dr. Freier as my Family Doctor. Thank you so much.

I love Dr. Freier and I am beyond sad to see him go. He has such a caring nature and makes it easy talk to him and trust him with your health and well being. Words alone cannot describe the depression and sadness I fee 😢

Finally found a doctor that actually cares about his patients and unfortunately find out now he is leaving the practice, my heart is broken. It is so hard to find someone who cares anymore and I know it will be hard to replace him!! Dr Freier we will miss you

He is the best primary care physician I've seen in my entire life. His nurse Vanessa is also very pleasant, professional, and has a very happy personality.

If you are a human and most likely will need a dr at some point in your life for a bad cold or something that you couldn't possibly have made an appointment 2 to 6 months in advance for and needed in a few days FORGET IT. No appointments available ever for same day or within the week. Always need 2 to 6 months. What is the point on having a dr. If you can't be seen when you are needing help. Keep looking. Other Dr. available who can do both scheduling in advance and fit you in on emergencies.
