List of White-Wilson Medical Center's Reviews
My doctor is with White-Wilson in Navarre. Dr. Frier is an amazing primary doctor. He is caring and listens to his patients. He also makes time for you.
Amazing employees and great Nurses. I thanks God for the Excellent and Human being that Mrs Patricia Burnett is. She's my NP in the last 3 years, now she's also my daughter's NP as well.. We live grateful for having her in our lives. She over exceeds the Dr's care for us. Thank you White Wilson Clinic Team at Navarre location. All of you are Awesome workers 👏.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This is the second review i have had to write because my first was mysteriously unavailable to the public. Do not go to this clinic if you can help it. ESPECIALLY for any types of referrals or psychiatric help.
Don't recommend. Went for an appointment for my son and told them everything the was wrong and they checked him out and said everything was okay. And my son was saying his tummy right after we left and threw up every where in my truck. Will not go there again
Immediate care that requires an appointment is almost an oxymoron, a doctor (Freier) that takes it upon himself to override prescriptions from another doctor without conferring with them first (doctors aren't supposed to step on each other like this), and this place accepting insurance from me then denying it a few months after though they do in fact accept it per the insurer (oh, I called it in), plus the added bonus of paperwork that wasn't filed properly for a procedure, then ignoring my reminder after a couple months, then ignoring another doctor that faxed it to him, subsequently ignoring the same form which was filled it out FOR THEM and faxed, so after a year I've gotten nowhere. What a waste of time. This was all arrangement made as a referral from my primary medical center. This was supposed to be a supporting center to help me out with chronic pain and such. The primary center has been notified and will be filing complaints on them as well as the involved doctor. There are a few nice nurses and staff there, but a few that get snooty, snippy, and/or completely ignore you while sitting at reception in the main facility. Let's just say I will not be back and am seeking another facility...as my primary facility recommended anyway. They were quite shocked at the whole story and how we gave numerous chances for them to correct all of this, even with another doctor walking him through it, basically, which was NOT AT ALL their responsibility but because they CARE about my health, they stepped in.Health CARE, folks, not just some job you have to do. I was not at ANY time rude or otherwise troublesome, was not disrespectful, or unreasonable to them...so I don't deserve such lackadaisical treatment. Had I been such I'd expect it in return, but no. I can't wait to see their rebuttal here, but look up ANY REVIEW of mine and they're honest. I wouldn't be on here if I didn't have something impressive or disheartening to share with the people BEFORE they partake in such a crude adventure. On another note..."immediate" care did their job when needed, but it was super slow when I and one other individual was there at that time which was made an appointment. I sat for 20 minutes past my appointment time, got put in a back room for another 20 after vitals, then a covid-19 swab that was (surprisek done incorrectly, then 15 minutes later was swabbed in the brain (seemingly) again, waited another 20 minutes, then seen by the immediate care doctor. Another 20 minutes and x-rays, another 15-20 and I'm getting prescriptions and made to wait 15 minutes before I'm allowed too leave? I am not impressed at all. That's a LOT of time for a miserable person to get basic medical assistance for pneumonia... plus the hour wait on prescriptions at the local pharmacy because they took their time sending them in. I had to call to ask they be input. Just the timeline and facts, folks.
If you are looking for the best doctors and team in Navarre look no further. From the moment I entered the office I was greeted by the most courteous check in woman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The PA was compassionate in addressing my health concerns, and was genuinely kind. The true gem of this experience however was Dr. Freier. His amiable bedside manner was the true epitome of what we all want in a doctor. If I could give this practice more stars I would. The best part was from start to finish, including my x-rays, the visit was prompt and fast. Everything about this visit was a breeze and I fully intend on recommending this office and staff to everyone I know. Thank you so much White Wilson.
I appreciate the fact that they got me in, in a timely manner, for a gout injection. I appreciated the PA and the office staff friendliness. What I do NOT appreciate is the fact that I told them I didn't have insurance, was quoted a price and after paying what I thought was the full amount for the service. . . received a bill a week later for 30% more money.Would you pay a local diner 30% more after seeing the price on a menu, pay your bill and then they send you a bill a week later?Suggestion: Figure out how to calculate what a patient owes when they are at your office and want to pay their bill in full. This is deceptive, frustrating and a nuisance at best. The extra hour I spent calling your office for clarification and then paying the bill is worth plenty - to me!BOOOO!!!
Dr. Frier is top notch we love and appreciate his commitment to care about our health needs. Very pleasant to talk to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
