In the absence of Dr Perez (who was a no show), Josh and Jasmin did a superb job removing my skin lesions. They were very professional.

The staff and doctor are amazing. Dr. Perez is so caring and he knows about ehlers danlos syndrome. There is a lady that works there I forgot her name but she is so nice. It is really cold in that office so she gave us her personal heater.

Absolute worst dr office I have ever been to!! Refusing to follow up on blood work, refusing to return patient phone calls and for 6 months now we tried to get my son on a medication suggested by this office and was met by them consistently not doing their jobs. A complete disgrace to pediatric medicine! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Worst place I have ever been. One of the Doctors, if not the only one is prior military and didn’t even bother to take a look at my skin issue. All he was concerned about was about me paying for medical services when I can get it for free on base (which takes weeks when you are transferring) I needed medical assistance ASAP. The “Doctor” ended up prescribing a medication that never got process or sent to any pharmacy. I ended up paying more than a 100 dollars for their services. Also, when I arrived they assumed that I only speak Spanish because I have 2 last names.

Great experience would recommend going has a weird rash for about a month Dr had in gone in 3-4 days he was young but very knowledgeable. Brianna was super friendly and made the visit very welcoming everyone was fantastic. Highly recommend

I had a 10am appointment and everyone in the office was very nice ! The doctor gave me a full body scan of all my spots and did 3 biopsy and set them off … I am a skin cancer patient so this was my first time here !!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Oliver for several years now and primarily used the Nira office but, I am absolutely delighted to now have this location near me in Neptune Beach. It has been a pleasure meeting and having Dr. Sy as my care provider. I am very satisfied with the medical care I have received. I now bring my 89 year old dad and my daughter will soon become his patient. He is a very respectful, caring individual and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I can not say enough about the support staff in the office, from receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Sy. I wish them all continued success and hope to continue to have him as our care provider.

I cannot express enough how caring and compassionate Dr Alfredo and all of his staff are. Starting from Candy at the call center- absolute sweetheart. I was having your typical Monday where everything was going wrong and she did everything she could do get me my same day appointment after missing my early appointment. Most call centers you call anywhere are typically just rude and don’t care BUT NOT Candy! After getting to my appointment as soon as I walk in you just feel this aura of pure relief, relaxation and positive energy. Millie, at the receptionist desk is just full of love and gives off such loving, caring vibes she is the kindest person I have ever met at any dr office. Then the Medical Assistant, Miguel walked me to my room and I was astonished on how clean and welcoming this office is! Miguel is very thorough with all of his questions before Dr. Alfredo comes in. Once Dr. Alfredo comes in you can just feel his concern and compassion for you. He is very detailed and talks you through every single step of what you are dealing with. He has the best bed side manors than any other Dr I’ve seen. Thank you all so much for everything you do, I will recommend all of my friends to come here for any dermatology concerns. I appreciate all of you ❤️
