List of Dale Fralicker's Reviews
I have been privileged to be treated by many spectacular docs. My childhood doctor, close to New Orleans, La. was awarded an award for best diagnostician in the state of La. I was so fortunate to find Dr. Fralicker and I have been grateful ever since.
I highly recommend Dr Dale Fralicker, having been his patient for almost 20 years. His kind manner and understanding of each problem has always been handled successfully on each visit.
I have been a patient of Dr. Fralicker for 10 years now. His office hours are great, staff is attentive, and his bedside manners are terrific. I have also seen his partner Anthony Underwood on a few occasions. He is also very attentive and has good bedside manners. I would definitely recommend Family Care Partners in Neptune Beach to anyone. Dr. Fralicker is a vital asset to the Beaches Community. Thanks for all you do!
Been in about 6 times total in the last 2 1/5 years and have always left happy and with a little more knowledge. Dr. Fralicker takes the time you need to answer questions, and staff have always been pleasant and helpful.
My wife and I recently moved to FL from the Northeast, and we had to find a family doctor. I've had a nagging cough for a few days, so I decided I would try Dr. Fralicker. After waiting an hour and a half in the lobby while the receptionist input my information, I was asked to come back to one of the rooms to be seen. After a full hour in the room with not so much as a "hey we're a little behind", I decided I'd had enough. I walked back out to the lobby and asked the receptionist if they'd forgotten about me. She went back to talk to the doctor, and c ame back a minute later and said, "The doctor had an emergency this morning, but if you'll go back to the room, you can be next." Emergency? Right. Let me guess, there was a fire in the kitchen. I told the receptionist that I would simply prefer to take my family's business elsewhere. What did she say? "Pffft" and rolled her eyes at me. How is this place even in business? P.S. more than 1 cockroaches spotted on my visit
Cancelled my appt with less than 24 hours notice and told me to find a new doctor because I told his staff it was their fault for losing my records, that they maintain. Will GLADLY find a new doctor. Who leaves a patient with with a sugar level of 252 to find a new doc. UNCARING and UNPROFESSIONAL. Regret EVER going there.
I went in to refil my migrain prescription (non narcotic)He asked me a couple questions while typing into a laptop and he handed me a new prescription for a new drug that I hadn't heard of and walked out. I didn't fill the RX and found a new doctor. His front office staff are surley.
Doctor prescribed 2 hormones in a topical cream,at too high a dosage rate, resulting in blood clots PE n DVT in a matter of 3 months; I was misdiagnosed in office, given a diuretic,3 days later in ER with DX of PE N DVT . I forgive him,but can never forget what happened,it has adversely affected my life forever. Later I was referred to a heart specialist, and their phlebotomist overdosed me with coumadin, again had to go to ER for INR of 9.2,nearly bled to death . Luckily I was taken off coumadin after 6 months. Doctors need to inform patients of adverse effects of drugs ,what symptoms to be on the lookout for with these dangerous drugs.
Has excellent office hours to accomodate most situations.
Caring and interested

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
