Are you having difficulties getting a "refill", Xanax, Oxycodone, Tramadol, Adderall & More here, Wickr/Kik: peterking2014
I was looking forward to have him as my doctor since it is close to where I live and I heard positive feedbacks from his services. However I never had a chance to book an appointment as I was put on hold for more than 1/2 hour listening " You call is valuable to us, please continue to hold".....well...I did and never got any help. Then I read other people's review and they say the same thing. Answering phone calls are the biggest problem at this facility. So I gave up.
Rude. One of the worst Doc experiences I’ve ever had.
Uncaring, unprofessional
My wife waited 10days for appt with Dr. M. Modansky at 215pm on 1/31/2022. Looking at my watch we know we arrived at the Clinic 10min early (around 2-205p). My wife waited at the lobby because there was a patient at the counter talking to/with the Receptionist. It was frustrating and a waste of time when the Receptionist gave my wife a blank medical forms and was told to fill it out at home, can't see the Dr. because my wife was 5min late. No, my wife was not late. That particular Receptionist was the one that made us late and wasted our time. So, now She was told to come back 17 days from 1/31/22.
Dr. Modansky always takes his time listening to his patients and their concerns. After listening, he immediately formulates a plan and walks the patient through it. He is so polite, patient, and makes sure each person gets the time they need to receive the best care. Dr. Modansky really does treat his patients like family and he is the best doctor I’ve been to in a long time.
The staff who answers the phone tries to block you from getting an online visit. She jumped to conclusions immediately when I told her my problem and said I have to come in even though she just said she doesn't make medical decisions. Then she falsely accused me of being unkind. All I wanted was an online doctor visit and she made it into a terrible experience!! It's unfortunate that staff person had to be so mean. Dr. Modansky is not like her but the fact she works there makes me want to stay away from him now.
Dr. Modansky or his Physician Assistant (PA) may be good doctors but I have no way of knowing. Their scheduling person/office manager is a "vicious gatekeeper." Lindsey told me she would have to run my insurance before she could schedule a visit. She ran it and said they take my insurance, but because the doctor was not listed as my PCP she could not schedule me. I told her I would change that after my appointment, but she told me it had to be changed prior to an appointment-a Catch-22. She also told me I could not see the PA without first seeing the supervising doctor, even though I had recently seen a PA without ever meeting the doctor. Perhaps because they are a "family practice" senior citizens with medicare are more complex patients and they don't want to be bothered!
Staff and office are great. However, if you are looking for a progressive doctor that keeps up with or understands medicine today, he isn't your guy. He is very conservative, and seems to like to send you to all kinds of specialists and recommends all kind of imaging tests, unnecessarily. Even for the common cold, he hesitates to prescribe any medications, that will actually help relieve your symptoms. Only because I had to get a new PCP due to moving to the area about a year, I went to him. However, I won't be seeing him again, especially since he referred me to all these specialists that will now become my primary doctors.
In general, I hate doctors, to the point I don't go when I should. But the experience with DR Modansky was awesome. Quick, thorough, and comprehensive. I won't go to anyone else! Life saver.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
