Aldo Dondero's Online Review Report Card

Won't see your child if he/she is not fully vaccinated. And I mean FULLY vaccinated. You have to have records from previous Drs. to prove they are not missing one vaccine. Totally despicable. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Dr D and who we call Dr Joy have been both my kids docs since they were born! They are amazing and know us by name when we walk in! They are amazing people and docs and have always done what’s best for our kiddos! We are moving soon and are heartbroken to lose them as we ADORE them!

My son has been going here since he was young. My now youngest son is there at least once a week. They know us just by seeing our face. Dr Dondero even came to the NICU when he was born because I told them I would be using them for the baby. He came on his day off to visit the NICU He never questions or misses a beat. He's on top of everything and even cautious of something that may be wrong and gets tests anyways as a just in case. They get me in on a Friday thirty minutes before close with a two hour last second call from me and they STILL let us come unscheduled. They truly care.

So far so good. I picked this mainly because of the location. They always have availability for whenever you need which is great. Been here for a year no issues.

River Edge Pediatrics is a must if you need professional and complete assessment of your child’s health. The office personnel are extremely cordial and helpful. Dr. Dondero always return his calls and remembers his kiddos. When referrals are necessary, they are always provided complete with providers and follow up. Even in time of COVID, no corners are cut and it’s a safe environment. Thank you RIVER EDGE!

El Doctor Dondero es un gran Doctor Pero las secretarias dan un mal servicio Que lastima que un Gran Doctor este relacionado con gente que no dan buen servicio y tan mala calidad.

We had a scare a few months ago with my 4 year old and I kept going to the the ER with him. We had to follow up with his Primary care Aldo Dondero because we suspected he had asthma. I understand things are scary with COVID but the way He treated my son was truly disgusting! He didn’t even want to touch him. Then he sent him to get tested for COVID and follow up with him. I did the same day and gave them a call and STILL have not heard back. So what I see is that this provider doesn’t give a flying f* . This isn’t this first instance I was put back by this doctor. So if you’re looking for a Doctor that will truly care for your child don’t take them here.

Dr. D is always kind and considerate he answers all of my questions and always able to to a straight talker , my Little guy ends up walking out better than when he came in ... Thanks Dr. D
