Dr. Pineiro takes time to listen to you, is very compassionate, and makes my daughter feel at ease talking to her. I totally recommend her.

Excellent , the staff is always very nice and courteous.

I feel that If the faculty and drs are so backed up and should call and cancel me or call to say they are running late I waited and was at my last appointment which was February 1st for 3 1/2 hours and this is not acceptable. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love this office and they have always went above and beyond for everything that I needed for my daughter and my son. I always get my referrals and records and truly feel the office works hard to do everything. Great office and Drs. Especially Dr. Alisha Pineiro she’s are main Dr.

We have been with ped associates for 3+ years, we can't thank Dr. Piniero and staff enough for their continued dedication to patients and families. Our questions are always answered, we receive so much support and reassurance. It is so special to find a doctor that remembers your child and is the definition of a medical home. My phone calls are returned, results are discussed and a plan of care is always made with shared decision making. The office hours are so helpful and appointments have been easy to schedule. I can't say enough positive things about ped associates, we will continue driving to Trinity for this quality care.

Great Dr! Very caring and actually remembers her patients.

Does not listen to concerned parents. Is dismissive, doesn't consider all possibilities. Child ended up in ICU following bloodwork/appointment 3 days later. A phone call from this Dr. shared they got some bloodwork back and weren't concerned on one condition. I said I know we are in ICU with their diagnosis. All ICU Dr's and our new Dr were astonished they had not been diagnosed as they were a "classic case" and a simple in house test would have diagnosed the day of our appointment. After our discharge and experience in ICU that could have been prevented we got an apologetic voicemail. Find someone else.

Love the office and dr Pineiro always so great to us totally miss dr Gaude at this location

I have been using Dr. Alisha Pineiro for my children for many years now. I am a medical foster parent and I have some tough medical children. She always takes the time to go over all my new children's medical records when I first bring in a child. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them. And she personally calls me back with results when a child has testing done. She really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

Dr. P could not be more wonderful. She sees all 3 of my kids. We have had some chronic issues and she takes such a balanced approach, taking action but not going overboard. She is so sweet with my kids, they love her and feel very comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about her ??
