I can't even begin to explain how amazing Dr Raval and his staff are. The compassion, patience, understanding, personal empathy, the bedside manor...so extremely courteous and helpful. He made sure everything was explained and understood before and after the procedures. He was so patient with the explanations, even drawing out diagrams so I could understand. Thank you for being such a wonderful doctor. Nicole and Shannon were also such an amazing help. They made me feel like I mattered, like they understood the pain I was going through. Every time I would call in for anything, they were so quick to respond and get issues resolved. They went above and beyond for everything they did for me. What I went through was not a fun issue for a little over 2 months. They did anything and everything to help with my comfort. I will never forget how they made me feel. Not that I was just a patient, but a person. I wish I could give them a million stars, they truly deserve it. Thank you all for such an amazing experience during such a horrible ordeal. I have been lucky enough to have been treated for the past two years by this excellent physician. After seeing several Urologists over the prior several years Dr. RAVAL has been the only Doctor to diagnose and treat the issues I was having. I am very grateful for having found him.

Dr. Raval is extremely approachable and will take as much time as you need to ask questions and explain your particular condition in terms you will be able to understand. It is apparant when he speaks, that he is at the top of his game. Polite, professional and a great bedside manner. Wanted to say thank you to Dr Raval. When my last urologist dismissed my issues as Insterstitial Cystitis and sent me on my way with no hope, Dr Raval listened and was able to find the root cause of my issues which were not interstitial cystitis. After finally getting the medicine that I needed, after 15 years of painful and I mean very painful UTIs on a monthly basis, I’ve been UTI free since September. Thank you Dr Raval for giving me my life back.

Went to hospital with my husband for chest pains. During a cat scan of esophagus they found mass on kidney. Raval asked for MRI which was completed. He never spoke with us on results and husband was discharged. I figure things must be ok. I call to make follow up a week later because I figure must be a sust or something or they would have done other tests. When I went to patient portal I find that he has written highly consistent with cancer and that he stressed to us importance of follow up. What??? No he did not he never saw us . I call and was given an appointment in two weeks. Mind you we are now not knowing anything for three weeks. Eggshells to say the least. Then his office calls to say a day before our appt we need a referral from primary. He was supposed to be seeing him in hospital why would we need referral? Call primary they don't send referral and appt is cancelled.my husband who may have cancer has gone without testing and treatment for three weeks and now this. It's crazy. I would never trust this person. He lied on paperwork, screwed up our time line, and then cancelled our appointment because his office didn't get the paperwork they needed. It's disgusting
