Dr Marcus was the Hospitalist during my stay at Baycare and he was the absolute best! He interrupted his dinner to call me 3 times because another doctor had upset me. When he makes his daily visits, he actually sits down and explains everything that’s going on. He is caring, knowledgeable and patient. If he ever decides to venture away from the hospital, I would love to have him as my doctor! We need more physicians like Dr. Marcus that genuinely cares for their patients.

Wonderful, caring doctor. Bedside manner was amazing, he sat down and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He listens to concerns and works together with patient and family for the best plan of care.

Dr Marcus takes excellent care of my dad when he is in the hospital. He is amazing about following up post discharge. He is very nice and easy to talk to and does his best to make sure his patients are getting the proper care.

This man treated my mom at north bay Morton plant hospital emergency room. She came in for stomach pains and vomiting. After making a snide remark about putting her in a nursing home, he spent 3 days checking her heart. Even though her cardiologist told him she did not have a heart problem.At one point he wanted to send her home without knowing what was wrong with her. By the time he finally checked her stomach, it was too late. She had gone septic and was rushed into surgery, where they had to remove 3/4 of her intestines. This was in July. My mom passed away this week, all related to this man’s incompetence. He in my opinion, should not be allowed to practice medicine .

Dr. Marcus treated me when I was moved from the ER to Observation. He came in first thing in the morning and gave orders and treatments that relieved the pain by 50%. Kept a close check on me.

Dr. Marcus took great care of my grandfather when he had COVID. Even when my grandfather went crazy because of the steroids he was given, Dr. Marcus was patient and kind. We never had to worry, Dr. Marcus made sure to call us and give us an update on my grandfather everyday, sometimes twice a day. I would trust Dr. Marcus with myself or any family member without a doubt!!! Overall a positive experience. Thank you Dr. Marcus!!!!!!

this guy , shouldn't practice medicine . treat my dad with no respect and rushed him to leave the hospital without treating him.

“Dr Marcus” treated my mother at Morton plant hospital emergency room. This man shouldn’t even be allowed to practice medicine. She was brought in for stomach pains and vomiting. After telling my mom they were going to have to put her in a nursing home, he spent 3 day checking her heart. At one point, he wanted to send her home without knowing what was wrong with her. By the time he decided to check her stomach, it was too late. They had to do major surgery as she had become septic. We lost our mom this week, due to his neglect. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worse enemy. Beware
