My mom has been going here for a while. She can hardly walk and is always in pain. She needs physical therapy at home and this office will not approve her for home physical therapy. We do not want her driving alone and getting her walker out by herself. It's not costing them anything but they said no twice. What drs office would do this? If we were able to pay cash for visits they wouldn't say no. A drs office should care about their patients request. The person that said no doesn't care about her safety at all.

These are the nicest people. They all are kind and considerate and take the time to explain what they are doing and how your medications will affect you. The place is beyond spotless, and their equipment is contemporary. I could not have chosen a better Doctor!

Loved the doctors and nurse practitioners. The staff was rude and claimed to be nurses, which they weren't. You are always put on hold for long periods. The last straw was when they hung up on me. In all my years as an RN, I never once hung up on a patient. Very unprofessional behavior for people who claim to be nurses.

Dr Nilesh B. Desai is very professional friendly and listens to your concerns. Very thorough going over my lab results and letting me know what I needed to do better. The receptionist, nurses, technicians, the whole Family medical team are the best. They truly have their best interest in your health care needs. Thank you

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful...Dr. Desai spend time; answered all my questions in detail...never made me feel rushed and made suggestions...very professional not to mention a beautiful facility that is absolutely spotless.

I have been seeing Dr. Bharat Desai for 3 tears now, and I feel that he is the best PCP that I have had in the last 15 years. He listens to what I have to say, and with me, that's not easy. With him it's straight talk, no beating around the bush, He will always answer question honestly. I trust him! His staff is A1, you couldn't find a nicer, more understanding, patient group of people at any other office.
