A few days ago I left a review highlighting the good care I had received in this place. But apparently it was just a show. I need them controlled and Dr. Rodríguez does not know how to do that because he does not know how to work with the software that exists to do this job (these are the exact words of the assistant who attended me by phone) that is, if you need these medications, do not attend this consultation .because I paid for a service that I never received .thanks

Dr. Rodriguez is the BEST doctor I ever had. However, his current front office staff are PURE EVIL ! I’ve never been treated so aggressively and heard so many LIES !

The doctor has become less interested in patients and seems aloof during appointments. He does not listen and leave feeling like I paid for no help at all. The office staff at New Port Richey office is totally incompetent and lack command of speaking and understanding English. Quality of care has dismally diminished over time.

The front desk workers are very rude and do not do their job. I scheduled an appointment a month in advanced and confirmed my insurance, walked in and they told me they no longer take it. Never gave me a notice that something had changed.

My 90 year old mother has been in Trinety Hospital for at least 3 weeks. Not once did the DR or his PA reach out to the family with a prognosis. Now she has been moved to a Behavioral Facility in Largo.
