Front staff: extremely efficient, friendly, organized-thank you Katie Phone calls: no waiting time, able to reach someone almost immediately Office wait: waiting room times have always been <10 minutes Room wait: same as above Dr Malone-knowledgeable, reviews results, asks what works for you (rare), does not push medications, interacts with eye contact, uses common sense, supportive of non medication treatments such as proper nutrition, sleep, exercise My only regret is that I did not start with her sooner. You won't regret choosing Dr Malone and her staff ( Trinity office review)

Dr. Malone is a fantastic Dr. she actually listens and is very proactive in your treatment. She keeps searching if something doesn't work and can not find the issue.

Dr. Donna Malone was my PCP for nearly a decade but because of a change in insurance providers I have had to locate a new PCP. I am heartbroken because Dr. Malone is simply the best. She genuinely cares about you and her nurse even calls to check on you if you have a bad illness. That's rare but then again she is rare. I HIGHLY recommend her. I will miss her.

Great experience with this practice. My whole family is under the care of Langer Family Medicine. Dr Malone has always taken the time to help us and provide excellent care.

Langer family medicine does not care about it patients. After being informed I was charged $25 to my account I was told I need to find a new Doctor and I couldn’t schedule an appointment. They wouldn’t accept my payment or apology. Meanwhile I’m in desperate need of care. Dr. Malone has all my records and knew me. With a Complete disregard for my feelings they wouldn’t let me discuss options at all.
